A	Alfred Derril on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I needed to dispose of a few items from a retirement living facility, I contacted Restore, sent a few pictures and they agreed to pick up the items. They called and gave a time window when they would come and they arrived early in the window, were very helpful loading the donation and pleasant to work with.
T	Tanya Blakney on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From a drop off/donation perspective, ReStore does not help or support you if you are unable to transport items to a location. The reason I am sharing one-star on this matter (appreciating that I want nothing for the donation of qualifying and accepted items) is that there are specific guidelines and a pick up service, supposedly available. My response included: "your items are welcome, but we cannot pick up."

The Restore pickup crew stayed in touch regularly letting me know when I could meet them there. They were punctual, courteous and knowledgeable about what they’d be able to take; no hesitation or having to call in. The furniture was loaded in short order and they were on their way. I don’t think it could have gone any smoother. Thanks for helping me towards emptying out my storage unit!

g	geoffrey brown on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We picked out a dining room table and 6 chairs. The condition was excellent. All we did was re upholster the chairs and it was perfect . The price was amazing. We saw a similar suite for $1000. more in another store that was not in as good condition.

I’ve found a few treasures over the years between both locations and I can’t see myself ever stopping the hunt! Prices seem to be all over the place and inconsistent but still usually affordable. I did buy a sofa new in the box that if I had known what a piece of junk it was I’d never have bought it since you can’t return it. I did have one bad experience with a rather gruff staff member when picking up from the back warehouse door. She should not be dealing with people
