We rented from this company for 2 years and had an excellent experience in all our interactions with them. They made everything possible for an easy move in, stay & move out. They responded quickly whenever there was a problem with the house, got our furnace cleaned while we were there and refunded our security deposit in FULL because we took care of the property & hired professional cleaners at the end. What else can a renting party want!!

Very unprofessional management company who did not allow me to submit a rental application simply because I am a single parent and they assumed my income would be insufficient. It took over 3 weeks to arrange a viewing despite the property being empty and then when I finally went to view, I was rushed in and out, as clearly the representative had somewhere better to be.

When I first moved in, they were great. But after dealing with a leaking ceiling for almost two years then not being able to go month to month after signing two years worth of leasing, so done. Then they billed me for damages that I didn't cause and were there when I moved in, took over a month to send me my damage deposit back, billed me for extra time to come and do the move out inspection, and billed me for a "missing" garage door opener that I paid for... Just don't bother. Not worth the hassle. Apparently this is common with the company as I see many former tenants complaining about the same thing. I demanded to see the photos of what my damage deposit paid for. No response. Just disgusting. Only threats to the tenancy board get you anywhere and even then it's not going to get you what's right.

This property management company is awesome. Most of the negative reviews are from people that can't get approved or that are upset because they got charged for damage. I've been renting from them for years and they are awesome. Just now I was having trouble making rrnt on the first and they had no problem moving it to the 15th. I called on the first.

I rented with this company for 10 months and had a really good experience. The only issue I ever had was they over charged me on a very pricey invoice but once I brought the matter to their attention they quickly fixed it. Landlords always responded promptly to tenant concerns like people dumping furniture behind the building. One time I was robbed and the thief took my house keys, my drivers licence, and my car. Sunflower had a lock smith at the building less then 24 hours later to change the locks so I felt safe. The staff were very flexible when it came to making appointments. Despite many other reviews of this company, I received my full security deposit back. There were things like water damages under the sinks and such but I was told I was not responsible for that and received my entire deposit back. Overall I had a great experience renting with this company.

Very rude and unprofessional staff ! They don't let you to speak, when you start speaking they interrupt you and behave very aggressively. Don't rent from this company if it's important for you that people behave respectfully. The whole time during check-in inspection, the lady from this company explained something and then asked me do you understand? And when I said yes, she replied " no you don't understand " This conversation happened 20 times ! The kitchen was very dirty and cabinets were dirty, the freezer had green mold in it, bathroom tiles had soap on it, and she still insisted that they cleaned the condo professionaly before we move in and these are not dirty just because are old stuff they seem dirty. I said ok fine, at least write down that they were not clean and that's when the above conversation happened again and again. She said "you don't understand" !

I'm renting a house from them for 7 months now, and they are VERY responsive to my emails and they fixed what was needed promptly. It's an old house so it have age-damage but it's understandable. I always got a smile from them, even when I've told them about a very costly damage that they needed to address. I guess that a lot of negative ratings are from tenants that didn't maintain they're house so they needed to pay for THEIR damages. *** UPDATE *** We just renewed our lease for another year, without any hesitation. This is a GOOD company, if you want one of their houses don't hesitate!

This is a very bad company, always offers bad services. The employees are rude and no proper response to any issues or problems. I have seen them showing no respect to humans, and no professionalism. I strongly recommend anyone who is planning to find a rental home, please do not go to them. Moreover, the employees are not professional, all they speak in their own language. I suggest you to avoid taking any chances or surprises. For instance, whatever the security deposit you paid, you will not get it back. even a single penny. Prevention is better then cure.
