I’m very grateful that Charter Property Management has a Condo manager Jane Mitton who is patient and prompt in responding to my distress calls and taking more than a step forward to assure me they are doing what is necessary. Very much appreciated .

He is absolutely rude , illogical and has a tonality as if you are renting one of his units while the reality is that you purchased a unit with your hard work to enjoy it peacefully and he is a property manager! He has no respect or communication skills , just extremely horrible to deal with and very unpleasant. If you need headaches and unresolved issues ask for Dean Piett! Dean was rude on the phone , threatening me that if I would have not opened the door to the plumber at night during covid times to enter my home , he would of called the cops on me , he also mentioned that he could get us evacuated even though I own the unit if I did not open the door. He also said that I was contradicting myself and at that point , i only communicated with him via emails to have proof and he did change his tone. He tried to double charge me an invoice twice that i caught on after reviewing the charges, he also tried to get me to pay him the full amount instead of explaining the process to me that ut is the insurance that transfer the funds directly to him. He also sent me a notice via mail instead of email and charged me interest later on that i had to fight for to get removed and that happened twice. I sold the place because I did not want to deal with him or the charter property management. He also decided to come looking for me at the unit after i posted this review , not sure if it was meant to be an intimidation method but based on the Charter s reply , you get the picture of the company s culture .... I will leave this review for future owners to know the truth of the experience waiting for them...

The tech came, but could not fix it at once. When he left, the problem became worse. I phoned Charter Property Management again. Although it was late in the evening, they sent another tech to help address the issue. The pipe issue was fixed and we are waiting for the final touches to be applied to fix the ceiling. I am grateful that these guys truly listened and put themselves into our shoes to attend to our concerns. Thank you, Charter Property Management team!

I had never seen any property manager doing such a great work as Dean. One thing really standout is his knowledge of building maintenance and repair which helps to avoid lots of unnecessary spending and also protect the building. Dean helps the condo to maintain yearly budget flat and even able to reduce the insurance premium. Thank you Dean.
