Recently dealt with this company and found them to be very unprofessional overall. Communication with the contact from the company (Stella) was difficult. When viewing the property they were not on time and had minimal information about the property and rental process. The place was not as clean as would be expected for a viewing. There was another person viewing the property at the same time and apparently Stella did not show up to her scheduled viewing the prior day with no notice or communication. I did end up getting chosen to rent the property but backed out after questions I had with the lease agreement/rental process and seeing similar experiences in other reviews. Based on my experience and similar reviews this is a property management company you do not want to deal with.

We’ve been tenants of greenleaf for two years and it’s been a great experience. Dawn is very knowledgeable and quick to respond and answer any questions we’ve had. Any minor concerns we had were dealt with promptly. We wouldn’t want to rent with anyone else.

I've been trying to contact a rental agent about a property for over a week and nobody is getting back to me. I've left several emails and messages with the receptionist. They always just skirt you away by saying "someone will get back to you as soon as possible"...so like when? Next year? Cause I've not received a single reply from this highly unprofessional company. I would recommend not doing business with them unless you like having your time wasted with excuses and or silence. And for that matter you shouldn't have them manage your property either as they will let it sit unrented apparently.

Amber Johnson has been a absolute nightmare to deal with. She is incredibly rude and unhelpful. If you are a home owner run while you still can. This company does not care about your property at all. Service requests are never done right or in a timely manor they have lost the keys to the house I live in and have harassed me to make them new ones. If you are a renter I’d run even faster you will be talked down to and ignored. Until this company makes a major change with the woman running it I’d suggest forgetting it exists.

I have had the worst experience with this company…. I used them to rent out my property. Initially, they ignored all of my emails during the time we were looking to find a tenant. Once the tenant was here, they had plenty of concerns and I had to MANAGE the property. Why would I hire a management company if I had to MANAGE the property. I have been dealing with plenty of tax issues with these people now. Overall, very poor service from these people. I am not pleased with them whatsoever. They continue to be incompetent, and divert all of my concerns. DO NOT USE THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY.

Unprofessional staff and management that has complete disregard for your best interests. They won’t talk with you directly to resolve issues, and will not provide any clarity on contract concerns. Numerous mistakes on payments, failure to provide reports on time, unapproved service requests that are charged, and broad assumptions to further their own agenda. You would be better served to manage your own property instead of entering into any agreement with them, as there is little to no value in what they provide. As an owner, I am NOT impressed with how they conduct business, would absolutely NOT recommend them, and caution anyone that is considering their services. A less than 1-star rating is more accurate.

I am in absolute shock at having to deal with this PM company. 100% the worst experience I have ever had as a tenant. Besides basically ignoring the fact that I had my locker broken into and waiting for 3 MONTHS for a ceiling repair, I now have had a broken washing machine for over a month. There are no signs of getting it repaired, much less having an update on how the situation is being solved. I can't wait for my lease agreement to end so I don't have deal with this embarrassing company.

We have used Greenleaf’s services for close to 4 years now. The team has been very professional and proactive in their interactions with us and the tenants. Amber has provided fantastic support in managing day to day business but also addressing any other queries or special issues. It has been a very positive experience for us and we would not hesitate to recommend Greenleaf as a good, reliable property management company.
