j	jarrett g on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff!!!! Probably the best thing going for this place. Lived here about a year. Constant water shut offs. Could be a little cleaner. You never hear the neighbors because of the concrete construction huge bonus. Great location, pool table rec room. Looked at moving elsewhere but there is allot of things you cannot beat about living here
M	M C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EDIT** It took quite some time, but we have finally had our noise issue resolved. We unfortunately had a second noise issue when people moved in above, but Nichole had resolved it within a matter of days. We are very grateful to say that all of our noise issues have since been resolved, and we are now sleeping very peacefully. - - The lobby used to smell, but they have since moved the Recycle center outdoors, and now the lobby is odor free! The Pet fee is a little bit expensive, but I'm glad that they have one because it prevents people from bringing in a ton of pets :P :D Which makes the building a better place to live. The parking is a bit overpriced, I do wish it was about $25 - $50 cheaper since it is quite expensive for how small and outdated the parkade is. All in all, I would say that I'm appreciative to Nichole for helping us resolve our noise issues and making our time living here at Stanley Park a more enjoyable and comfortable experience. They also did a fun little Easter event this year, hiding eggs around the building. It was very fun to take part in and I enjoyed it a lot. ______________________________________________________________________ Ive waited 3 weeks for an email back regarding a noise complaint. We have been woken up at all hours of the night by my downstairs neighbors. Our quality of life has begun to suffer drastically from the lack of sleep. They will not get back to our emails and we both work full time, we can't just rush home early from work, and it would be unacceptable to expect us to spend one of our 2 days off per week resolving what could've been dealt with via email. Very disappointed and eager for the end of my lease.
S	Sound C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to live. Place smells like garbage and dog poop everywhere. Its very unsafe too cause there has been a lot of break ins and theft. They have surveillance cameras but I don't think they use them cause they never see anything. Rules don't apply to everyone, there's a rule that no dogs should be off leash in the building yet there was a dog in their office off leash. Ridiculous! The one positive thing i can say is they have an awesome maintenance manager, Ken. He's the best and always pleasant and very helpful. I can't wait for my lease to be up!

Negatives - garbage everywhere, overflowing garbage cans, dog poop everywhere, dirty elevators, dirty lobby carpets. This place is just a dirty place and after the weekend it is absolutely disgusting. The elevator always has sticky floors and smells like garbage For the price this place charges it should not be this ghetto. I would recommend looking somewhere else. If you don't listen to what I am trying to tell you, please write a review after 6 months of living here I am curious to hear about other peoples experience here. Cheers,

Every now and then you have to evacuate certain parts of your unit to get some sort of repairs done and management doesn't care. If you're ok with constant maintenance disruption, unconcerned management and noisy living then you are good to move in.
J	Julie V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve been here 11 months now, and absolutely love it. Staff is friendly to us & our daughter and pets. Building is quiet. Maintenance is quick & friendly. All of our neighbours are kind and always pleasant to talk to. The water has been shut off a few times and a team has been in to replace the risers and repair some plumbing issues, but everyone who has come has been friendly, quick, and respectful. Needing work done on the building is to be expected on an older place like this though so we have no complaints there. The neighbourhood is very family oriented when you go back toward Stanley Park. They have a neighbourhood association & a community hall with plenty of things to do. Nice area to walk in. We’ve always felt safe. Tons of Skip The Dishes & Uber Eats places deliver here, lol. Definitely a great place to live with a nice neighbourhood to boot & we’re happy to call it home.

The staff are always easy to reach and accommodating, and the maintenance man is so kind and helpful! The building is clean in my opinion, and residents are super friendly as well. I would recommend this building to anyone. Only cons I can think of: underground parking is a little pricey, and there has been a number of renovations over my time here (that’s expected with any building). The building is actually very quiet, I have never once heard my neighbors from my unit. Overall I have had a wonderful time renting here! Would definitely recommend.

The staff are super awesome and accommodating but the building it self is very dated. There is a problem with the elevator almost every week. This makes things very inconvenient and unnecessary frustrating.
