A	Annette Jones on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once I had read through the reviews here, I knew I had to come and see Wojtek to ask him work on a ring which belonged to my late brother, and which my son now wore, but had outgrown. Wojtek created a new shank for the ring and made the ring look brand new, like I had never seen it before. The fix was a gift for my son's 30th birthday and he was overjoyed to be able to wear his uncle's ring again. He couldn't believe how beautiful it had become. I was so impressed that I asked Wojtek if he could create a ring I had designed. It was to be made up of my late parents' rings and one other of mine. The idea was to marry the essence of the two rings together and use mine to create a little elephant that would represent my recently deceased mother's love of the animal. The gems from my ring would represent the 7 of their children. I knew that he would be able to create it for me because he is an outstanding craftsman. I couldn't believe how perfectly the ring came out, even to the tiniest of tails on the elephant - it was exactly how I envisioned it to be! He even worked with me on a timeline so I could wear the ring on my trip back home to family. I have, and will continue, to refer Wojtek to anyone who needs jewellery services. The whole experience was fabulous and I highly recommend Golden Touch Jewellery.

When I took it there he measured my finger multiple times to make sure he had the right size for me then he explained what he would do with the ring and let me know that it would be ready one week later, when I went there to pick it up I was quite surprised to see the ring not only fitting perfectly but also looking even better than when I left it there as it was perfectly polished and shiny. I would highly recommend this Goldsmith.

I tried contacting several other jewellery stores all of which would have been over a week wait which is more than understandable given that it is the holiday season. When I got in touch with the owner here he told me that he had limited hours due to the holidays but he made sure to stay open an extra half an hour in order for me to arrive after I got off work. When I arrived he was able to widen the loop of my chain on the spot and would not take a single dollar from me. When we spoke on the phone I was quoted between $40-$70 for the work that needed to be done and he did it within one minute of me being in the store and stayed open late for me to stop by. This review is only a small gesture in return for the truly remarkable level of customer service I received at the store. When I was trying to put my necklace back on and he saw that I was struggling he even offered to help me. I will definitely come back here for any and all of my jewellery needs or repairs. And I encourage anybody reading this review to do business with this store as you will be very satisfied!

My fiance and I wanted to use my grandma's modest engagement ring as my own, and because of all of the great reviews, we took it to Golden Touch. When I went to pick it up today, it was just beautiful. A ring my grandma wore nearly every day of her adult life looked perfectly new as if it were the very first day she received it. He added a shank using an old wedding band and sized it up to fit me. It means a lot to me to know a piece that means so much to me was so well taken care of, and I couldn't be happier with the result. The turnaround time was a week, which was certainly worth the wait.
