The only thing I thought was a little interesting is I had to ask for all the information about warranty / replacement. No big deal but if it was offered on the outset I may have made a larger purchase. I will certainly go back though! Very nice people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spence diamonds has the best customer service I've ever seen. We bought my original wedding set there 30 years ago and over the years they have always taken excellent care of my rings. I've had them resized several times and they've also done any repairs I've needed. As you can imagine, 30 years is a long time! They keep everything on file and I never have to second guess anything I've had done. No other jewelry shop has given me the same level of service. They are always helpful and pleasant to deal with. I am so happy with Spence Diamonds that we even bought another upgraded ring. I know I can always count on Spence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will never buy from Spence again after having 4 diamonds pop out on 4 separate occasions I'm less than impressed with the quality. My wife by no means abuses the ring, it lives a pretty gentle life. When it undoubtedly happens again I will be taking it to a private jeweler to melt down in to a better quality ring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband bought a wedding set a couple months back. Initially we were happy but since we took the rings home I have been extremely disappointed. One of the small, band diamonds fell out within two weeks they sent it out to be replaced. When I called, to see if it was in, because we had not gotten a call and it had been the estimated time, the woman was extremely rude, and turns out the ring had been in for a few days. When I brought the ring home I realized the Diamond they replaced looked dark in comparison to the others. I brought it back to have it fixed, when I came in the woman could tell right away what I was talking about. After waiting weeks I got the call the ring was back. We went in and we could tell it looked exactly the same, the lady also agreed it did but assured us it just needed to be cleaned. ( that did not work) I had to ask three times what they had done with the ring well it was away before she told me that they had not done anything. The manager now came over and although you could tell by the look on his face he new what I was talking about but refused to admit it. He took us into his office so he could prove nothing was wrong with the Diamond (we know nothing was wrong with the diamond it self, but the placement) he refused to say he saw it until I took a picture right in front of him that you can’t dispute. Had the ring sent out for a third time now. Assured me it would be back in a week. However when I called at the week mark I was told now it would be in on Saturday. I called today and of course it’s not in. At this point since purchase I think they’ve had the ring more then me. Have not and will not recommend anyone purchase jewelry from here.
