★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good if you're looking for stuff for girly girls from elementary or middle school. It's all very frilly and fits the stereotypical "girls love pink", but it isn't too shabby for things like earrings and accessories. I've found a few nice things from here that aren't just for little kids. Everything is constantly on sale and cheap, so that's a bonus, too.

Customer service is amazing sales representative are very knowledgeable and professionals walking around all the time to assist you. Free parking free handicap parking handicap access. No public washroom- inside the store but washrooms available inside the mall. Attractive place for tourists

I have never experienced such a high level of customer service from any other location. Really impressed especially since they were so busy. I had to write a review to say thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for my ear piercing. They advertise it as being free but they ask you to pay for the kit which basically means its not free. You have to pick earrings from a list of the ones they're selling. Anyways that wasnt the problem. With each kit you can choose an aftercare solution, one is standard and the other is rapid. The lady who was supposed to do mine and who asked me all the details handed me over to another lady (without doing the courtesy of letting me know) but she somehow didn't let her about the solution i had picked. (I picked standard). The piercings went well and done properly and professionally. Just that when i was paying they charged me for the rapid cleanser when i had requested for the standard one and now they wont return because they already open it for you to use! Paying some dollars extra isnt a big issue but the way she dealt with me without even apologizing and not admitting it was her mistake is beyond me. If you've made a mistake own it instead of making your customers feel like its theirs! I work customer care too and we apologize for things beyond our control yet this lady wouldn't own up to hers! Not sure about her name but she was African.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my cartilage pierced here in February. My fault for making a rash decision to get it pierced with a gun. However my ear got infected even though I cleaned it like they said for months. It was very sore ever since I got it pierced and started bleeding a LOT 6 months after so I took the piercing out and the hole instantly shut and got swollen and now is purple. Maybe they pierced it into a vein? I did try taking it out 3 months after I got it pierced and it started bleeding that time as well so I quickly put it back in after cleaning the area. Do not recommend getting your cartilage pierced here, this happened to my friend as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Claire’s with my cousins to get my little cousins ears pierced.. I had promised her that it wouldn’t hurt and if it did she’d only feel it for a couple seconds. We had walked into the store and had gotten a lady that didn’t give me the best feeling but I had some sort of faith in her. She seemed decently friendly at first until she said (quote on quote) “I like to make kids cry when I am in a bad mood.” This statement startled my cousin and I but we still went through with the idea. Throughout the whole piercing my younger cousin was hurting pretty badly and the piercing lady was pushing it pretty roughly and was all around rough with this little girl that was obviously upset that her ear hurt. To me it seemed more like she wanted to get it done with especially when she said “if we get this done I can go home.” It was pretty upsetting when I heard the words that were coming out of her mouth. Lastly, for little girls; ear piercing could be pretty scary and she was not allowed to hold anyone’s hand or sit on anyone’s lap until afterwards when she was already upset. This was some pretty bad service and I DO NOT recommend getting your ears pierced at this store. Thankyou for taking your time to read this. Have a good day?

She did an amazing job! I definitely would recommend this place and especially her! Thank you for a great experience :)
