★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I worked with the whole team at the Home Hunters including Grant, Steve, Randy and Cathie and they worked tirelessly to help me with listing my condo and providing great advice around pricing, market timing and through the negotiation process. Cathie was amazing at helping me gather all of the documents needed to sell my condo and made what could have been an incredibly stressful process very easy (and as stress free as you could hope for)!
The Home Hunters also helped me find the house I’m currently living in and they were always available to schedule showings, give their honest feedback around pricing given the area, the market today and where they see the market going. They are incredibly knowledgeable and were able to give the detailed history of the transactions in the neighbourhoods so that I could make an educated purchase decision. I was also so impressed through the bidding process as The Home Hunters went above and beyond to present my offer to the selling realtor with a personal touch that may have helped set my offer apart from others in a competitive bidding situation! I could not be happier with my experience!

Grant and the team went above and beyond to finalise the purchase of my new home. I was referred to Home Hunters by a friend who had outstanding reviews of the team. When I contacted Home Hunters, Grant responded immediately and we had a long conversation about their experience, knowledge of the market, and what I was looking for in a new home. We also chatted about general things and Grant was truly interested in getting to know me as a person. I felt assured right away that I made the right decision. Communication and promptness was outstanding with the team. I was set up with Matrix search listings within a matter of minutes. Grant was prompt with thorough and thoughtful answers to all of my questions. I appreciated the honest opinions of properties while we searched. Home Hunters at every step worked in my best interest, The team was absolutely dedicated to making sure we got the best outcome possible for my new home. In the end I felt confident and thrilled about my new home thanks to the Home Hunters!

Grant is so knowledgeable about the different communities and was always honest about quality and value. He would point out things through showings that we would never have noticed or known about on our own. The whole team works together so someone is always available! When things were coming down to the wire The Home Hunters were always on the ball making sure we had any information and paperwork right away. Throughout the process we always felt like they also had our best interest at heart.

I explained to them our budget and exactly what it was that we wanted and they found it for us within less than 2 weeks of our first meeting! As first time home buyers my fiance and I had no clue what we were doing or what we needed to do to become home owners and Grant walked us through it all. The process was painless and we have been told thats almost unheard of when buying a home! They showed us all of our options, took us to all the places we were interested in and then we landed on our dream home. They helped us find our lawyer, our home inspector and much more too. If your still renting stop what your doing and call The Home Hunters. You can find a home that is YOURS and you can stop paying someone else's mortgage with your rent money! 10/10, five stars, the best guys ever. We asked Steve and Randy to find us a house in the middle of Calgary while we were facing challenges like the sale of our house, snow storms and a fast paced market. Randy helped us with his expertise and his willingness to arrange short term viewings and even remote viewings. His friendly and open attitude helped us to find our dream home in Killarney and he also managed to get everything ready in a few hours time, given that the seller's realtor was challenging. We can't thank Randy and team enough for making this all work and we are happy to reach out as soon as we need a realtor and can recommend them without any doubt!

They made the entire process feel very easy to understand and stress-free even in a super competitive and fast market. The 2 offers we placed were exactly what I had in mind and were competitive without over bidding excessive amounts which seemed to be the trend in the current market. After my offer was excepted, they walked me through the rest of the process with great referrals and followed up on all the conditions with their knowledge and support, also ensuring I didn't spend more money than required. The whole team was very friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and efficient throughout the entire process! They made the entire process very exciting and really quite easy and comfortable!
