★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They didn't have the plastic Frigidaire drier knob I was looking for in Victoria. Then told me their warehouse in Coquitlam has it for $58. For a plastic drier knob. I'll look on Amazon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to use Reliable Parts a lot when I was a building manager, 20 years ago. They had good service then and still maintain their great service now! Needed a part for my dryer; they had the whole part in stock, not the bracket by itself and it was $46. When I came home, they had called me and said they started looking for the bracket and found it! It was only $6! What a great service! Thank you Ray and Wil (?)! Great consistent service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was expecting it to ship asap, then it shipped two days after I ordered it, and wasn't put in the mail for 3 days after that. So, if you want something quick, go get it yourself as their shipping department is not superb.. Then they fixed the problem and all is good in the world again. Right part, right price. Just need to improve the communication a little bit.

Reliable parts allows you to replace those parts that are designed to fail and extend the life of your appliances significantly. My wife went in today for a dishwasher part, they had it in stock and she installed it herself without any help. I was impressed and the parts are so much better than the original design. Reliable parts just became our go to first stop when we have issues with an appliance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I should have called Reliable Parts first. I searched the web for nearly two hours to find a part for my Kenmore Dryer, no luck. I called Reliable, and within 5 minutes they found the part I was looking for, and it was in stock. Thirty minutes later I was walking out of the store. Great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give 0 stars if I could. Went in with a part that the website said was in stock in Victoria, was told it would take 2 days to get in from Vancouver and that they did not have it. Very disappointed, staff didn't seem helpful at all.
