I was initially worried that the installation could be lengthy/expensive given the low ceiling in my garage and where the power outlet is, and had been warned by others I might need the original door springs moved, drywall cut out, or low over-head brackets installed, but none of that occurred. I appreciate not having non-essential services sold to me and as a bonus, Dave even offered to change the burned out lightbulbs in the ceiling lights before he left, which was a nice touch. Thank you Garage Door Depot for your great service, honesty & integrity!

In each instance Dave and his team provided great service and went out of their way to ensure we were satisfied with the repairs and maintenance completed on the garage door. We have now moved to a different house with an elderly garage door. Dave offered a number of options to either extend the live of our existing door or to replace. We opted for a new door which was installed last week. The finished product has improved the look of our house, is quieter and much more efficient than the old door. Great door at a good price. Professional, patient and friendly service. Highly recommend Dave and the Garage Door Depot. Many thanks and thank you for your patience.

I dealt with Dave who did the installation and Sarah who handled the payments. Both were very professional and I believe I also dealt with Amanda, all were very professional and courteous and would highly recommend the Garage Door Depot and will use them again. Dave also explained everything in detail and was flexible and helped get my old car setup with a converter. Loved the entire process, thumbs up.

Recently I had a glitch with the opener and could not reset it as per the instructions. I called the office and explained my situation and they said Dave would call me in the next few days. i received a call promptly from Dave. I told Dave about the issue and after trying a few scenarios to fix the problem we solved the issue. Once again they came through for me. I will continue to use the Garage Door Depot for all my needs and highly recommend them to anybody needing a garage door, opener or both.

The installation was done quickly and on time, with everything cleared up after wards and even swept clean. Everything very well explained, and we thoroughly recommend!
