Great experiences with the team at Campus Honda. They are people who I can drop by and say 'Hi' to. The sales team is no pressure, relaxed, and were able to give me the best price among the Honda dealerships in B.C. Both the Parts and Service team is excellent. I had purchased a set of aftermarket summer wheels and UHP tires through the Parts department, and we spent a good couple months together planning and ordering, making sure everything was compatible, etc. They followed through every step of the way, even kept in contact with the wheel manufacturer for me. At the final steps, both Service and Parts coordinated to make sure everything went smoothly. I've been through many auto dealerships on the island, and in BC, but Campus Honda is most certainly up on my list. A shout-out to Steven in the Parts department, Eric Mak and David G!

My Experience has been excellent, I shopped around with Ford (good) Toyota (sad), GMC, Nissan, Chevy (so, so). The reason I choose Honda after testing the comparable vehicles at the others was value, features, price and attitude of the people working at this dealership. They never tried the hard sell, never badgered me with email or phone calls, allowed me to take my time and make the decision which was right for me. They also didn't down sell their competitors which was refreshing.

Incredible Service from Eric Mak! Really helpful with the purchase of my new car. Would highly recommend visiting campus Honda if you need a new ride.

I had a less than positive service experience for an ICBC claim. The service rep was secretive, not transparent about costs and an overall grump. I felt I was being taken advantage of. So much so I canceled the claim and went to Discovery Honda in Duncan. A way better experience.

I have owned a Honda my entire life. I had planned to trade in my Civic for a Pilot or CRV but my nine year old Civic looks like a beater as the paint is peeling off every panel. And Honda left me high and dry. To get it repainted will cost me thousands, probably more than any trade in value. I brought up the issue with Campus Honda in Victoria as I bought it brand new from them. The service desk made the right sympathetic noises and said they could not help and to ask Honda Canada. They also claimed to have never heard of any other Honda vehicles with a similar issue. Honda Canada told me I was past warranty (it started when the car was five years old) and I was on my own. They also denied it was an issue for any particular years or models. When I got a quote to have the roof repainted the person knew right away it was a Honda and advised against it as I would be "chasing the problem" as it would move from the roof to other panels. They were right. I stopped taking my car to Campus Honda for servicing. I asked my wife to stop taking her car to Campus Honda. When Campus Honda phoned to remind me I needed a service and invited me to make an appointent I explained why I didn't want to give them any more business - they offered to look into the issue and get back to me as quickly as possible. That was about a year ago. Since then I've joined some groups on Facebook dedicated to moaning about the paint issues on their Honda - Accords, Civics, CRVs etc. I do like Honda cars but I don't think I could ever bring myself to buy one again. Campus Honda - want to pay for a new paint job?

I’m on holiday in Victoria and my new windshield wipers weren’t properly installed by yours truly. Stopped in to get their help and a young man politely helped and didn’t even charge me. I’d definitely give them my business! Thank you!!

This dealership is the best place I have ever been to. My experience from the start was serious amazing. I called to inquire about a car they had that I wanted . David was the first gentleman I spoke with and he told me he would personally check to ensure the vehicle was on the lot and not already sold since this was the only one in all of B.C.. He informed me that he or someone else would call me back once they put there eyes on the vehicle. Within about 15 mins Eric called me to confirm the vehicle was there and offered to send me photos of the car to prove it was in fact their. He then emailed me all the vehicle details and financing details as discussed on the phone. I really felt like David and Eric really went above and beyond to make my experience seamless as I learned later David took all the paperwork on the car as soon as we hung up the phone to ensure the car didn't go anywhere. Eric worked with us to ensure all our needs regarding the car were met and that we were happy, he even had to email us several quotes until we agreed and every quote was quickly sent. Once we agreed, Brent contacted me to help me fill out the application. Brent is very professional, helpful and didn't make me feel silly about all the questions I had for him. This whole event happened over the phone since I am located in Chilliwack. Once everything was good to go we arranged with Eric what ferry we would catch and Eric ensured we had a taxi waiting for us, Eric followed through and contacted the taxi company to confirm we had been picked up. When we arrived at the dealership there was our new car polished up and a bow on it. :) felt like a big present waiting for us their. We were immediately greeted by Eric, he is a great guy only good vibes came from him, it felt like I already new him and he was one of those good buddies, very pleasant, happy and friendly guy (the farthest thing from one of those overly pushy sales guys you don't like) he offered us something to drink and introduce us to all the people we needed to speak with and get the paperwork done. The whole vibe their felt very welcoming, no rushing, no dragging things out just an over all great experience. While we were doing the paperwork with Brent not once did we feel like he was just trying to up sell. He was truly just looking out for what would work for us he explained the extented warranty and how it worked once he find out we drive like 600km every 2 to 3 days he told us right away the extented Warranty wouldn't be in our best interest. After all was said and done, Eric took us out the our new car and gave us the run down to make sure we knew all the important stuff about the car and had already emailed me the how to videos for the car. He gave us a suggestion on where to drive the car to get some nice photos. I would recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to go here and talk to Eric for sure hands down best sales guy around. Eric there is a reason you have all those trophies on your desk you deserve them you should have another trophy on your desk for 2022. From David the general sales manager who was first to answer the phone upon opening at 8:30am to Eric the salesman to Brent the financial guy all the way down to Wyatt the inhouse insurance, even the guy in the parts room was awesome when we decided last minute we wanted the trunk mat this experience left us feeling like part of the big family there down at Campus Honda. They clearly worked together and have customer service a top priority to make this happen for us. Thank you so much it has been almost 2 weeks and we are still very happy with our experience and purchase. ❀❀ don't go anywhere else.

My thanks go out to Adam and the team in the Campus Honda service department. I dropped my 2013 Civic EX off for service and drove away after in what felt and looked fantastic. The initial process was efficient and the inspection after was clearly explained. My coworker and I were impressed with how clean the interior was after the vacuum. The nearly 9 year old paint looked great after the complimentary wash as well! The vehicle was pulled up front for me too. I’ll definitely keep coming back to Campus Honda.
