If he was running early, he'd call to make sure we were available. We had our patio sliding screen replaced with pet mesh and a window screen added to a bathroom..........and the measuring, estimate and installation all done within 4 days. We are very happy with the finished product. Thanks John, and Wizard!

They helped us choose the best mesh for our needs and we had custom screens within two weeks of first calling. James was super helpful and had everything installed in under 40 minutes. We were quoted a different price than the invoice he was sent over with and he took the time to call and get it fixed. We love our new screen door and are so happy with the service we got from John! The job required some creative adjustments from what specs had been provided in order for the installation to fit properly, and John was able to solve that problem quickly with some trimming for a perfect fit. While he was on-site we shared another issue with him concerning a need to stop a deck door from swinging in the wind, and he cut a well-sized door stop for us on the spot free of charge. John was very competent, courteous, responsive, and a pleasure to work with.
J	Jedunn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was advised that Wizard screen was the best place for a patio door screen door replacement, called them toward the end of the end of May, they said some one would be out next week to measure the door fine was told I would receive an invoice in an email fine so I waited for over a week, nothing I called to see what the progress was none ! they said I had to make a 50 percent deposit first OK so I missed that on the PDF and was not told when the chap measured up?. Decided to pay the whole amount to the tune of $222.28 Waited over another week and called again to be told I had not paid and they had not even started the order I insisted they gave it ready the next day I would pick up, when I got to the store in Victoria from Sooke employee told me to go away as they were having a staff meeting, well what lousy customer service finally someone came out with the door. I fitted the door and right away I could see it did not fit about 1” too wide with an ugly black rubber seal showing and rough-cut corners, called again got a service rep out couple of days later who said it was the wrong door for a vinyl patio and made it seem as if it was my fault, why hadn’t the fist guy who measured said something. told them to take it back and give me a rebate. Will never deal with these people again.
