The guy at the desk answered all my questions, was patient with my lack of knowledge, and was able to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand. Even lent me a pair of pliers so I could install the battery in the parking lot. Now the lights and fridge in my van work! 10/10 recommend

When I came in Peter was very helpful in testing my old battery and offering to charge it and do the appropriate tests. Great Service! But not only that, he helped me out of a jam but letting me use another battery so I could move the truck out of a driveway where it was blocking people. I was so impressed and thankful for the service as I had limited time to solve this problem. I would highly recommend Island Battery and know that they are my first choice for any battery needs I have in the future. Thank you so much for making this process so much easier than I thought it would be. You now have another loyal customer that I will highly recommend to others!

I have a friend that has a mobility scooter and they have always been able to help me when needed. Today I went in and the charger was faulty and they gave me a hand resoldering a broken wire to get things working again. Best service and products in the city.

Doing a complete charging system overhaul and adding a solar charging system and new battery monitor. Peter patiently listened to my story and answered all of my questions about batteries and charging systems. I found Peter to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful in his advice and recommendations. In 40 years of boating this was the best experience by far when it came to buying replacement batteries. If you want good quality products and great service this is the place to go and Peter is the person to talk to.

Peter kindly offered to help me install the new battery even though they had stopped doing that due to staff shortages. Truth be told, he was the one who installed it as I am not very handy when it comes to cars. He was very methodical, making sure he properly cleaned the two connections which were covered in bluish and white discharge from the leaky old battery. I am very appreciative for Peter's profesional and friendly service and for staying 20 minutes past closing time to complete the new battery instal.
