These guys rock... This location, I mean. Most of the rest are still pretty Dickey overall. But these guys saved my butt, AND I learned a few new things about my vehicle in the process. For being stuck in the rain in a parking lot all day, the mechanical end went smoothly enough... Big shout out to Sam the assistant manager, for rushing all those parts out continually and putting up with my prickly demeanor that day. Much appreciated Lady! Keep up with that... It's a good look for everyone!

Great store, would give it 5 stars except for one problem, Alexa, I was standing in line and noticed her not only talking down to customers but to other staff members as well! I feel bad for them and thank god I didn't ahve to deal with her and her attitude

Alexa at the part counter went over and above to help me out. I’m always hesitant to go to grab parts. I usually feel like I’m being talked down to or at. Alexa took time to walk me through everything and help me find exactly what I needed. Super grateful for such a great experience and knowledge.

On Sunday I purchased tires chains for a trip to Mt. Washington. In a candid conversation with an employee, I said I just needed them in the car in case of emergency. I said I will likely not need to use them, and asked if I could return them if I don't use them. He said yes. We talked about this plan in detail, and I was very happy it was a possibility. On the following Wednesday, after the trip, I tried to return the unused, unopened chains. They refused to return the $200 and instead offered a gift card. I do not need a lordco gift card. Were it made clear that there are no refunds on tire chains, there wouldn't have been a problem. But I was told this was possible. I should not be expected to know their policy without it being made clear, and especially so when told the opposite.

Go anywhere but Lordco if you value your time. Totally incompetent at this location, I've had to return over 5 times with wrong parts because there "system" has the wrong information. They can't even figure out the wipers for a Ford ranger, and when I asked them to look up what the Mazda would take (same exact truck) they said flat out no, they won't look it up. I feel bad for the employees, they must be treated horrible by management if they are so unwilling to help customers with the simplest request. I went to Key 2 and they looked up the Mazda which gave us the right sized blades it took 25 seconds. Thanks Key 2!

Lordco staff is always super helpful and kind when we have gone to purchase items. Moreover, I'm extremely happy to see how they have implemented safety precautions in regards to covid. It is nice to see that they are trying to keep everyone safe and healthy. Thank you looking after the our wellness.

I feel a little ripped off. I called ahead to get a quote for an air filter. I expected it would be about $80. They quoted me $30 and change. I asked the guy to confirm becy the price seemed very low. He agreed and said it was a very good price because they were usually way more expensive. I didn't call anywhere else and decided to go down to the store and pick up the filter. I got there and the part was $83. They said it was a glitch in their system that listed the wrong price. The guys behind the counter were nice and apologized and said they couldn't even punch in the price they quoted me on the computer. I feel like larger corporations will usually side with the customer. The final price was what I was expecting to pay in the first place but I might have called other stores to get their price but at $30 I didn't want to bother looking for a better price and was happy to pay it for that air filter. It might not qualify as a bait & switch but the result is basically the same. I even took five minutes and wrote to the company expecting they apologize and maybe give me a store credit or something but they couldn't even be bothered to reply. I don't think this is very good customer service.
