However, ultimately, Adrian, my salesperson has been on top of things and was willing to own up to mistakes and make things right on his own account. There was bit of pressure during the sales process with certain things but that's just how it is. I was plenty happy at the end with how they conducted everything.

Highly recommend David Vollet from sales who was especially fantastic throughout the whole deal. Brendan Tan went above and beyond and negotiated an amazing finance deal for me. Ali and Melissa were really great at walking me through all of the vehicle's features, and Hunter made signing the paperwork super easy and efficient. The manager of this fine dealership even got in on the action by agreeing to hold the vehicle for me for over two weeks when they could have easily sold it to someone else. The car itself is REALLY nice and exactly what I was looking for.

I saw Ali’s post online about a beautiful 2014 Audi A4 is available for sale at Audi Victoria. He replied fast and sent all the helpful information that I need to know. He did explain how quickly they sell. I just did not decide to move forward until I see that car in person. Well, they A4 got sold right away. I appreciate Ali’s help and hopefully we will get in touch as soon as there is available in the market. Audi Victoria is best place to buy your favorite vehicle from.

In particular being two women, we had been worried about all that goes with walking into a dealership and wondering if we would be taken seriously (or taken advantage of). However, it was a seamless sales experience and we now have the most beautiful SUV imaginable! We worked with David Vollet in sales and cannot recommend him enough! He is knowledgable, patient and very attentive to understand exactly what you're looking for, your budget, your must-haves, etc. We also worked with Brendan Tan for financing and found that he made us feel very much at ease during what can be a stressful process. And of course Dylan, (the boss!) who was just so incredibly knowledgeable and helped give us advice on our previous vehicle as well as our new purchase. We also got help from Ali who helped us with our test drive and some of the tech features of the cars! We honestly cannot recommend the whole team enough. No pressure tactics, no gimmicks, no stress, just a great overall experience. Not to mention a beautiful, brand new showroom and a state-of-the-art on-prem shop! We were made to feel like gold and they have definitely earned a new client!
