WHAT a pleasant surprise he was!! No selling, no pressure, no "cheesy". Just straight up, honest talk about which cars were good choices and which ones were unworthy of consideration. And now I am driving around in a car that I ABSOLUTELY LOVE!!! Thank you SO much, David Lam. You were AMAZING to work with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We was extremely disappointed in the young salesman that came out to "help" us at Toyora. -No attempt to introduce himself or ask who we were. -My husband was interested in trying a hybrid and we were told sorry they were all sold. If we wanted to test drive one we would have to order one, but we're not obligated to actually buy it if we didn't like it. -I stand short, but sit tall so I kept bumping my head trying to get in. His response it was because the lot was on a slope!! When I disagreed he said everyone has that problem so learn to adapt or buy a car where you can lower the seat!! - All the vehicles we were looking at came with a price tag of around $60,000. He made absolutely no effort to walk us through the features unless we asked a question. Obviously he was not interested in making money, must be nice to be that wealthy ? I wish I had caught his name so I could tell you who to avoid because he was completely useless. We went to Lexus next and RAY was the complete opposite of the useless piece of walking skin we met at Toyota! Introduced himself, called us by name. Walked us through all the features the vehicles had to offer. Told us what he had, what he could get and when he could get them. He was informative, polite and knowledgeable. Someone I would like to do business with and probably will. Thank you Ray for making our experience enjoyable ?

I was in a bit of a time crunch to find one but Rhys pulled through and found a newer Tacoma with less km's on it than my previous. I would recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle from Jim Pattison to use Rhys as your salesman. As well, thanks to Murray for all the help he did with the financial side of things.
A	Alex Larson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the Service Department: Good customer service and polite, but... I scheduled a service appointment for my vehicle on the online portal. There was no available appointment for two weeks. I called to confirm my appointment. They cancelled because they did not not have my VIN number. The admin should have called me to get that information prior to appointment (according to service department). I call to reschedule the appointment instead of using online service. Two weeks wait. VIN given. On the day of my appointment, they called me and cancelled my appointment because there was not enough time to do the work (valve gasket) and the gasket had not arrived in time. - They should have contacted me for the first appointment to obtain my VIN. ( I did not know it was a mandatory field that needed to be filled out online otherwise my appointment will be cancelled) - They should have known the approximate time it would take for the service and schedule my appointment at the appropriate time - Im not sure why it would take three weeks for the gasket to ship. - Informing me on the day of my appointment that the service is cancelled Disappointed that it did not work out with the service department after a month of waiting.

I will start with Abdul, a great salesman! he has been so kind from the very beginning and helpful with my husband and I, he helped us finding our dream car (twice) :) he was there smiling from the first time we arrived until the end of the process, he made everything go smoothly and was a great experience, was that great that we went back with him twice! Both times were fantastic! Then is Murray, What a wonderful person! he was kind and professional all the time, Very clear and efficient with all the procedures that were needed! We were so happy to meet him because with all the paperwork that usually is a boring part he made it nice and fun ! He will make you feel trust from the very beginning! Thank you for making our dreams come true! We are very happy and thankful with all you have done! Great job ! We are coming back for our next cars in the future! No doubt !
A	A Naidu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Picked up my Toyota RAV4 this weekend at the Toyota dealership in Victoria. Words cannot do justice of what an amazing experience it was. From my first interaction with Blair, he managed to work with me to get me into my vehicle as quickly as possible despite the insane wait times. He kept me informed throughout the whole process as to the status of my vehicle. When I arrived on the Island to pick up my vehicle, he had my car all prepped, ready to go. Paperwork was ready in advance to minimize my time at the dealership. Jesse and Rick were ever so kind in getting me through any paperwork that needed to be completed. EVERYONE at the dealership was extremely friendly and so helpful as I had my 19-month old with me. Jesse even broke out a box of brand new crayons to colour with and even coloured with him! Blair had my plates put on, gave me a quick run through of the vehicle, and I was off on my way. I definitely recommend this dealership. I will be back for my next vehicle! Was definitely worth the trip out from the mainland. THANK YOU once again for such a pleasant experience.
