★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently purchased a Golf at VW Vic. We had shopped around quite a bit before landing here. Robert helped us find our car. He is very polite, attentive, professional and informative. He has great knowledge of the cars and has very good communication skills - pleasant and far from pushy! He is a fun person to deal with and his personality is an ideal match for VW. He knows the cars well and features and has a high degree of confidence about his VW knowledge. The dealership was so nice and pleasant and refreshing compared to some of the other car shops we had visited. We got the car we wanted and were on our way. VW Vic is the nicest car dealership we visited in BC. We have been to other VW dealerships and before purchasing we looked at several other car companies. One visit to VW Vic was all we needed. This was very pleasant and as good as any auto purchase we have ever made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving thanks for the kindness shown to my friend when she had unexpected costs when her car stopped running and required repairs. Due to recent hardships from losing all during floods there was no extra money and she needed the car to travel to work. Once the staff and management became aware of her situation they made things a little easier with helping with the costs. Thanks to all especially Penner’s knight in shining armour for a maiden in distress! May your kindnesses return tenfold to all of you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car purchasing can be tough, and often makes you feel terrible. May I suggest that you avoid all that and spend your valuable time at VW Victoria? These guys are phenomenal! Dane specifically will be the guy you are looking for to help you find the perfect vehicle. From first contact to roll-out, his kindness was so very much appreciated. And, just in case you're nervous like my wife was to go in and buy, stop that. She was very well respected as Dane (patiently) went through all of the Atlas features... Great service, Great Value (thanks Matt, OBB alumni), Great people... WE WILL BE BACK FOR OUR NEXT PURCHASE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the pleasure of purchasing a 2020 e-Golf from Michael P in January. I am extremely happy with the car itself and it has lived up to my high expectations.
Michael was excellent to work with. Right from the outset, he understood what I wanted and never pressured me on the sale.
I also spoke at length with Matt P. He was super friendly and knowledgeable and again, never pressured me on the sale.
Both Matt and Michael are true VW guys and it was great picking their brain on different options with the car itself. They always say hi when I drop in for my Saturday car wash.
Finally I had an excellent experience with Brad T while working through the financial side of things.
The customer service experience with Victoria VW was second to none. We will definitely be back in the future.

After visiting a few dealerships from Nanaimo to Victoria, we really found the atmosphere at Volkswagen Victoria to be welcoming, friendly, and professional. Our sales consultant, Dane, was excellent. Dane was approachable, communicative, not ‘pushy’, and had a great quirky sense of humour. We really appreciated Dane going to bat for us and getting Krista into her 2019 Alltrack for an exceptional price. Furthermore, Dane had the roof-rack accessory installed at my request and ready for us when we came in to purchase the vehicle. Thanks Dane! Did I mention that our dog, Blue, enjoyed his time there too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went on to Victoria Volkswagen web site. I wanted to look at the new ID4 electric. You would think there would pictures to view. Nothing. Do I search a different dealer? Is Victoria website useless. Yes it is. Nanaimo's web site shows you what I was looking for. The new electric ID4.
I will visit their lot before Victoria.
Harbour view Volkswagen here I come.
