I have no regrets! Service and customer service was amazing. I highly recommend KZ auto for your vehicle needs! The owner Keren takes time to explain the details of the service and makes sure that his customers are satisfied!

I've gotten car detailing at a couple other places in town but they cannot compare when it comes to being thorough and paying attention to detail. Their passion for cars are definitely reflected by the care they put towards their customer's vehicles. Amazing products and services, outstanding customer service, reasonable prices and awesome staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for a professional environment with a qualified team of experts that are genuinely enthusiastic about "all things cars," then look no further. I've had nothing but positive experiences with KZ Auto Group ever since I walked in the door. Their facilities are well-maintained, COVID guidelines are followed, and they have always provided me with fair and accurate quotes for their services. They have quite the diverse portfolio whether it be sourcing/installing wheels, suspension, and body kits from some of the top distributors around the world as well as superb detailing and routine car maintenance services. No matter what the task, they always put their best foot forward and are willing to go that extra mile to satisfy the customer's needs. Most importantly, their exceptional communcation skills with the customer add to the overall experience as you are never left wondering how the job is coming along or if any surprises presented themselves along the way. I've come to them recently to install some custom aero pieces (splitters, diffuser, etc.) and a set of coilovers on my vehicle and they are always down for the job, exceeding my expectations and doing things in a timely manner. Shout out to the owner (Keren) and the technician (Mike) who have been an integral part of my positive experiences at this establishment. If you are like me and take pride in your vehicle and reside on South Vancouver Island, then the choice is clear. My only criticism is that I wish I found them sooner!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been a month since I used KZ to apply a ceramic coat to a new vehicle. The staff provided all the information about the service options without any sales pressure, it was very pleasant dealing with them. I could not believe how stunning my vehicle looked when I picked it up and it continues to look like I just picked up even a month later. No doubt that this finish will keep long. I also feel confident that they will stand behind the warranty and even offer a special price for the yearly deep wash and shine as part of the warranty maintenance. I see the ceramic coating as a solid investment for a new vehicle and am totally happy I found KZ Auto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Full detailing plus 5 years’ coating had been done on my c63s. Quality of their work was superior! I later came back to these guys to purchase/install a new set of HRE rims and a trunk spoiler. No complains at all, Mike is very helpful and knowledgeable with his job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to do regular car wash at KZ, because of the great quality of their work, I recently did a full detailing plus both inside/outside coating for my new Grand Cherokee. Couldn't be more happy with their work, everything is done perfectly on time and their customer service is excellent just as usual:)
