I took my cherished 1998 GMC to EDP from a recommendation after a very disappointing and unacceptable situation at another “Corporate shop”. I explained to Dale and to one of his mechanics what occurred and he immediately wanted my truck in; and on the hoist to have a look and inspect. Upon inspection they found deficiencies and mistakes by previous shop and made all the recommendations required to repair and fix any issues related to the original problem I wanted repaired. Dale gave me an estimate and date to return. On said date, I dropped off my truck and anxiously awaited the dreaded phone call telling me that it will be more money. That never happened. I picked up my truck and happily paid the originally quoted price and drove off. The work completed was excellent, the truck feels and runs great. So great I just had to write this review. I should have immediately known when Dale told me that he was not a “Tech” but a mechanic. Exactly what I wanted to hear!
Thank you Dale and your crew, great job my friends! I will recommend you to all my friends and anyone else that will listen. I have never taken my truck to anyone to repair before, I have always been able to maintain it and repair what I can. And after my last experience with a Corp shop and quite frankly terrible and inept workmanship this was the silver lining. I recommend EDP completely and thank you for restoring my faith in being able to trust again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a steering/alignment issue, went to midas for alignment. Came out with a quote for $2,000, replace upper and lower balljoints...Went to EDP with same request, tightened up loose control arm, rotated tires, and alignment. Happily paid the $150. Need I say more?
