B	Bryce Kseniia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had initially brought my Audi to the Audi dealership for service and an inspection and they were unable (unwilling?) to diagnose an issue with the turbocharger and also replaced a steering knuckle that they broke (which passed their inspection earlier) and charged me for it while replacing a strut ($1,500+Labour not their fault as they said). As soon as I drove out of the dealership I could hear noise from my front wheel that wasn't there before, again the dealership couldn't find the problem and I brought my car to Progressive Auto Repair. The service at Progressive Auto Repair was amazing. They diagnosed the turbocharger issues, replaced the wheel bearing and checked everything over. Also, unlike the dealership they provided me with a courtesy car and they were on time and honest about everything. I didn't want to mention my experience with the Audi Dealership in this review but if you're on the fence about where to take your car, just call Progressive Auto Repair. The staff are great and the service is excellent.

My car has had many issues over the last year, being an older model and the manufacturer no longer make parts for it, has its own challenge to hunt down a dealer that sells them. Progressive makes it happen! My number #1 goto auto shop!

I would have preferred getting updates during the couple days they had my truck for info and costs, not a big deal though! They met me halfway with the unexpected cost. OVERALL - this is a great, professional shop with fair, affordable rates. Definitely will come back and recommend to friends and family!

When picking up the car I was astonished and grateful to walk up to a washed and vacuumed vehicle to send me off. Amazing and will be back moving forward.

Explanations of the problem were clear and concise and we were kept up to date on the progress of the work. Alan was excellent throughout, even coming in with the tech on a stat holiday so we could get our vehicle back in time for a high priority job. If you have a serious problem that needs fixing, these are the people to go to.

He was very patient with my of my long list of concerns and methodically walked me through possible options without any commitment on my part that point. They then diagnosed An engine heating problem and reviews my entire brake system inside and out. They had Ample opportunity to take advantage of my situation and did the furthest thing from that. They eliminated concerns that I have about different possible issues by doing some general maintenance work and the brake parts to keep the cost down But make the car safe again. They’re now going to assist me on the remaining suspension parts replacement and They have put forward a very reasonable cost, again illuminating those parts they didn’t need use. Bar none, the most transparent, competent and cost effective services I’ve performed on this 12 year old car since I bought it new. They made space for me quickly provided multiple follow-ups to make sure everything was going well. Outstanding auto mechanics! Thanks to Jason and his Progressive team!!! Scott
