★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have used LuvaRug at least 3 times now for rugs purchased in the Middle East and India, usually with a mysterious provenance. We chose LuvaRug because they are knowledgeable about their weaves and materials; they know how to treat your rug to get it lovely and clean without damaging it. We are always happy with the results and they are reliable as well as caring. Plus they are very community minded. Great company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my very large Persian rug to Stephen at Luv-A-Rug. After lots of milk and snack spills from kids and a few coffee-spills of my own, the rug definitely needed a good clean. Stephen was kind and welcoming but also professional. I was told to expect the carpet to be ready in 2 weeks but it ended up being ready in 1 week. It looks and feels brand new. The difference was highly noticeable. I would recommend getting your rug cleaned here.

Latest job was on two small Persian rugs and our living room area rug. Had excellent results on all rugs. I definitely recommend them based on their knowledge and work performed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have a very light coloured Afghan area rug which had multiple spill and pet stains. Luv-A-Rug did an amazing job of returning it to it's original pristine condition! Service was excellent and friendly. Dusty picked up the rug the same day I called, and brought it back to roll it out for us when it was clean. If you've got a rug you care about I highly recommend letting Luv-A-Rug clean it for you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I took my 5 x 7’ rug to be cleaned by Luv-a-Rug. It had not been cleaned since well before the pandemic. Because the rug lies in front of our wood stove, I usually take it in every 18 months.
Not only did Luv-A-Rug clean the rug in record time, but it looks NEW! Their workers are cheery and obviously love their company. Great customer service, I highly recommend Luv-A-Rug.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Knowledgeable and professional. If you have a quality rug, this is the place you want to have it cleaned. I was cautious about having my oriental rugs cleaned by other advertised rug cleaners. Dusty knows his stuff. He specializes in oriental rugs. My rug looks great and I received it well within the two weeks I was quoted. Prices are very fair and reasonable. I won't hesitate to bring my other orientals here to be cleaned. Dusty also told me that they will pick up and deliver rugs too large to transport myself.
