I am updating this post as the company contacted me with an apology for not getting back to me as somehow my message disappeared. Will update more on their services after some work is done. Cheers. NEW UPDATE. MY carpets have been cleaned. Very happy with the outcome. 2 hours cleaning and dry in 2 hours. Nathan was very courteous and efficient. Must note that the customer is only required to clear small items not any furniture moving as that is done by DriWay. Very convenient for seniors. Best carpet cleaning services I've ever used. Highly recommended.

I moved into a new place recently only to find very dirty carpets with animal stains and smells. I contacted Dri-Way, and Nathan managed to come that same day. He was honest about what he was capable of doing, and gave the price prior to cleaning the carpets. He did an excellent job, and even came for a second cleaning for no extra charge. Nathan is professional and very responsive. Very happy with his work as now I can let my baby play on our clean carpets!

We had some significant staining from the early days of our pandemic puppy. The results were fantastic. Loved that the carpet was dry quickly. The quote was firm and reasonable. The service exceptional. Even our 30 year old chairs, which Nathan spent a lot of time on, turned out so much better than expected.

With all the dander and so on from having cats in here, my wife's asthma had gotten worse. Nathan came and did a very thorough clean of the carpets. Amazing difference, right away. The entire team is personable and professional. Really felt taken care of.

Nathan was on time, relaxed, courteous and let me know he will look after all my concerns regarding the staining on my elderly step-fathers couch and carpet. He didn't lie. The result was excellent. Even when it seemed the couch was quite wet it was completely dry within three hours and the carpet even faster. I love this company and will definitely use them again!
