by far the best way to quit smoking. helped not only with the physical quitting but with creating a better way to deal with the anxiety of losing the habit. I have tried so many things and Sheila made the process far simpler and easier to deal with. If you want to quit this treatment is what you need. Amazing! Sheila and her team along with the treatment itself is all you need to be successful. If you are ready to quit smoking I can’t recommend this program more. For myself the experience was like a light switch. I literally left the office and haven’t craved a cigarette since. This I don’t believe is a typical story- but it is mine. I have been a non smoker now for over 3 years. Just 4 months ago my boyfriend was ready to book his appointment and although the result has been the same he went back for the booster and worked his way through his own journey. I'm not sure how, but this review is under my husbands account. My name is Charlotte and I cannot say enough GREAT things about Laser Centers for Health! Every chance I get to help others get healthy, I take! Hence my review now! 13 1/2 years ago I used Laser therapy to stop smoking and have never looked back. Of course, there were days in the beginning that were more difficult than others, but overall 'Laser Centers for Health' made this daunting decision, extremely smooth. They were there to offer tips and endless support through the entire process. I stand by what I always have said "if I knew that it would have been this easy to quit, I would have done it years before"! If you have wanted to quit forever and just seemingly unable to make it final, I have some suggestions. Choose a date in advance & call Laser today to book. Then, tell everyone that will listen that you are quitting smoking on March 1 (for example). This is what I did and it truly held me accountable! How on earth could I go back on this - after telling everyone (especially my children & husband)? Love yourself and your family/friends enough, to take the best care of YOU! The money saved ...will buy you a monthly car payment, a vacation, a new wardrobe, all the things! Mostly, your life will become easier, your body will love you more and your family will cherish you for many many more years! Lastly, my fear was weight gain and I actually lost 5 pounds!! I cannot thank Laser Centers enough for changing my life for the better!

Hard Core 35 year smoker and I quit thanks to Laser Center! This last July I decided to try and quit smoking. I didn’t really want to, I loved smoking. But I had a big scare by losing a co worker to cancer at the young age of 32, as well as the increasing cost and all the problems and difficulties associated with being a smoker made me want to give it a go. I went cold turkey but by day 4 my nerves were completely shot and I needed help. This is where the Laser Centre came in. My husband found them and did some research to see if he thought this would help me. He urged me to try it. It couldn’t hurt trying it right? I showed up the the Laser Center, nerves completely frayed, suffering from nicotine withdrawal brutally.,Sheila quickly brought me in, we had a conversation about why I was trying to quit and why I came to her. I think this was for her to assess how serious I was about quitting and how she could help me. Over the next three weeks I had laser therapy. No, it doesn’t take away the nicotine withdrawal, unfortunately nothing can magically do that. But when my nerves were frayed and I was feeling weak, the Laser therapy helped me feel physically better, calmed my frayed nerves and I was back in control to continue the fight. I fought and I won! I am now nearly 7 months smoke free and loving it. It’s changed my life. And with my new found money, I recently treated myself to a helicopter tour in Hawaii of several beautiful valleys with amazing waterfalls everywhere. It was amazing. I couldn’t afford that before as a smoker?. Sheila was great, she was very supportive and I knew she really wanted me to succeed. If you want to quit smoking, this will help you. I started smoking when I was 14. Stopped a few times along the way. Never thought I would stop again after trying a few methods. Cold turkey worked every other time. At 46 my dad passed away and I promised myself I would stop smoking when he passed. My legs get sore and it’s hard to get motivated daily. I know that was from the cigarettes. I went to see Sheila for my first of two visits and haven’t had a cigarette since. I am however going back for my top up appointment as I don’t live where her services are provided and want to take advantage of the top up treatment before I leave. It has been 7 months since my first treatment and I am very happy to say I haven’t had a drag since. Hasn’t been the easiest everyday I will say that. The edge is taken off and strength is given to you, you just need to provide the want and effort. It was something I challenged myself to and the aid of Shiela helped that journey. I was recommended by two friends who used this service and also have been successful in quitting. Happy to have met Shiela.

I FINALLY quit smoking with Laser Centers for Health. I had smoked for almost 10 years (off and on), and loved it! I would have a cigarette the minute I woke up and never thought I could quit. I’m at week 9 and currently have almost no cravings and I’m excited by this because I didn’t have to use Nicotine replacement to get here. Thanks to Shelia’s support and the laser treatments I am officially a non-smoker. I couldn't be more happy and relieved that I am no longer prisoner to the cancer sticks.
