★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just average service. I do give a plus about driver kindness and bus cleanness. The biggest problem is timing and scheduling, which buses can be up to 20+ minutes late or even not arrive at all. In addition, most bus stops have no place to sit which for someone like my dad who has leg injuries is a big downside. Nextride requires data as well which is something I can't afford in addition to no more posted timetables.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could rate 0 I would. Depending on the driver you’re getting friendly service(situational). But the biggest issue is flawed scheduling. I feel like buses arrive whenever they feel like. Buses arriving extremely late or early and even not showing up at all. Buses not frequent enough which causes overcrowding. Dirty buses and bus stops in disrepair with broken glass, water leaking, and no place to sit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sad that they no longer offer the student bus pass. Was there to pick up taxi saver coupons for my dad who is a senior. It is pretty small and busy in there but the service was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm very disappointed by the disappearance of the bus schedules at the bus stops. Instead of blaming the labor shortage for not having the schedules printed. Try cutting the CEO's massive pay cheques and paying people for they're time fairly. People fairly compensated at the entry level and through the company will make it worth while.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Several times I've waited for a bus that showed up 5+ minutes early and because I have bladder issues I've peed waiting for them to no show. If I could give 0 stars I would.

You can leave your expectations at home. Get ready to never be on time for anything again in your life. Just relax at one of our luxury stops complete with a post to lean on and enjoy the smell of urine as you pray for your bus to come. Watch your phone ring none stop as employers, family and friends wonder where you are. Come join us on island time and save being punctual for them busy city folk. What a shiet show.
