★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The communication was excellent. I called them few minutes before my arrival in downtown Victoria. Since they're not in the area, they picked us up and dropped us after we return the vechicle. Fair price for their rental vehicle. Will book with them again when I return to Victoria. Very considerate and flexible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a nice independent car rental agency. The cars are clean and well maintained. On the positive side their short term (day) rates are lower, and they have a wide selection of models to rent; but as usual you’re not guaranteed to get the model you want. On the negative side there is no flexibility with the reservation. When you reserve, you pay 50% deposit up front and if you change your plans you will lose this amount. I suggest they rethink this reservation policy, in order to compete with the big chains such as enterprise, hertz, Avis, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you to Maria and her team! They fixed my back bumper and detailed my Convertible Mustang! It looks like new! Very friendly staff and I was able to rent a car for 2 days while they worked on my car!
The price was excellent, the best in Victoria! I support women in Business and Congratulate Maria & her team for excellence!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service that I received at Didi Car Rental and Sales was above and beyond. We called them about 15 minutes prior to closing and they waited for us to come and book a car. We were helped by a very very nice agent named Maria! She took fantastic care of us and served us with a smile the whole time. The car that we received had some weird scent but she gave us a discount, air freshener as well as cleaning product. Would definitely rent from them again and recommend them to all my friends.

I reached out to Jason in regards to a car I was interested in, and he did everything he could to make it an easy and enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, I had an issue with my car just a couple days after purchasing. As soon as I reached out, Jason ensured they take a look right away, they diagnosed the issue as soon as I dropped my car off, and fixed it as soon as possible. They went above and beyond by covering the maintenance cost on the vehicle as well! I would happily recommend Didi Auto Sales!
