★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, I won't be buying any Steele & Co soaps ever again. The owner recently ripped off my friend's son for a very large amount of money. As a sole proprietor you should know that your personal transactions reflect on your business. YOU ARE the business. You should be ashamed of yourself mister.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not do business with Michael St. Claire. He is only interested in his own personal gain. He has no problem taking advantage a young consumer, to make sure he "looks after his own family" - this man contains zero morals. Michael misleadingly advertised his product and proceeded to sell this ($17,000) product to a 22 year old. Only hours later the young purchaser realised the mistake and Michael would not take back his item and return the money - knowing the large purchase would damage the youngster. We begged Michael to do the right thing, and gave him multiple opportunities to do so but he refused every time, as he expressed his own situation was more important to him; he needed the money to buy a nicer, more expensive truck. Michael, as a small business owner in #YYJ, promotes that he supports those in need - The young purchaser was in need of his help in this situation and Michael refused.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not do business here. Mike St. Claire is exceedingly dishonest ripping off a young boy for $17,000 by lying and misrepresenting something he was selling. When the boys mom respectfully approached Mike about what he had done to her son... Mike quipped "buyer beware." Do not deal with this person, he is a predatory business person.
