Their pricing was better than competitors and the installers were super nice. What more could you possibly ask for? Highly recommended.

Tommy was incredible to deal with and his group are the hardest working men on the planet. They worked day in and day out to help us reach our goal. β β β β β This is the best place to go for your tile needs! Tommy is such a kind person & helped me get some tiles cut in a very short amount of time. He was very sweet and helpful & really took his time to make sure the tile was perfect. I cannot express enough how much he helped me and how thankful I am that he was able to help.

β β β β β It was an Emergency. I needed some tiles ASAP to fix a problem I had created. I called every tile store and this was the only one that was able to cut the tiles into the right size for me. I was very surprised no other store could do it. His shop was supposed to close at 4pm and I had called at 3:30pm and he even stay after hours to try to help. Once I got to the location I met Tommy. He was amazing. Wonderful customer service and went out of his way to help me. I went to pick up the tiles the next day. Once I did I went home later around the evening and tried to put them into the spot. The dimensions I gave was slightly off. I quickly texted Tommy and he told me to bring them to a location and he got his guy to cut the tiles for me right on the spot out of his truck. I went home and put everything into place after!
AMAZING service. 100% would suggest coming here if you want reliable, and amazing customer service to get the job done right. Tommy will go out of his way to make sure your job is perfectly done! I appreciate all the help! Thank you Tommy! I will be back and will most definitely be using his company in the future for all my tile needs!

β β β β β My wife and I recently moved to Victoria from Vancouver and contracted Tommy and his team for our home renovations. What can I say, it was the best decision weβve made.
Tommy treated us like family from day 1 and was very responsive over text, email or phone. His pricing is very reasonable in a crazy housing/trades market. We had a very tight moving schedule that Tommy was able to accommodate, even when we decided to add projects to the initial plan. Most importantly, all his labourers worked extremely hard and showed pride in their respective crafts. We really appreciated the whole teamβs hard work to make our move to our new home in Victoria so enjoyable. Thank you!
