Stefanie is incredibly helpful and detail oriented, made sure to note how our vinyl sheet floor should be installed for the best layout with the pattern and was flexible on scheduling around our timeline. Dennis installed our floor quickly and efficiently, and he was very friendly and professional. Very satisfied with our beautiful new floor and would highly recommend Island Floors for anyone's flooring needs.

Brian, Dave and the rest of the team were so helpful in a tough situation - the company that made the flooring I ordered had a problem with their shipping system, and Brian bent over backwards to make sure we had flooring to install on time. I came into the store with one project to tackle, but after seeing their showroom (which is beautiful, uncluttered, and very relaxing), I now have big ideas for my next home improvement!

She is a skilled designer with an excellent eye as to what would work best in our home, with our budget. Stefanie was always available for our many questions and when a supplier had to pull one of our tile options at the 11th hour, she came up with immediate options to remedy the situation. We are very pleased with the final results and have received many compliments on the work that was done. We would have no hesitation in recommending Stefanie for any project.

After visiting and comparing other flooring retailers I quickly found the exact flooring I was looking for at Island Floor Center. Stephanie was most professional from start to finish. I really appreciated her product knowledge, attention to detail and superior communication skills. My five room flooring project went off without a hitch. Stephanie Watchman was extremely helpful in making design suggestions and finding replacement flooring, when our first choice was unavailable.Stephanie and the installers did a superb job obtaining a custom threshold to transition into our living room. We definitely recommend Island Floor Centre, and look forward to our next bathroom renovation with them.
