★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here are very helpful and always interested in helping find the right tile or ordering samples or signing out tile boards. It's a comfortable place to choose tile and they have reasonable prices. I always like shopping at this store.

When i needed tiles to finish a job, Jennifer and Jesse went to bat for me and found them at a local distributor within a week, when the manufacturer was quoting 3 months. Everyone who works there is just so lovely, and they've been such a fun place to visit in reno chaos;)

We went to a few places but the value Jesse brought to the table could not be overlooked. The support with samples, industry knowledge and steer with whom to go with was impactful and would have me go back to Tile Town any day!

I love that you have tiles on the floor ready to take home on the spot. Also love that you provide installation advice and that you carry schluter stuff for the in floor heating.
I look forward to visiting for future projects.

and have had exceptionally good service both times. The sales people seemed very knowledgeable, were patient with answering questions, offered lots of selection to help us narrow down our choices and were quick to process paperwork once we knew what we wanted. The staff there should be commended!
