Caroline answered the phone and in 5 minutes I has the information and recommendations. Great service. Our industry is fast moving and getting larger orders can be a challenge last minute. Thank you for the polite and friendly service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently purchased an air cast from Rexall drug store in Nanaimo. Within the first 5 days of use the cast was coming apart at the heal, clearly a manufacturer issue. Contacted Rexall Home Health store in Victoria ( the provider of the product) and a manager named Dale was so helpful and kind and arranged to assist me with getting it replaced from the Bowen/Dufferin location in Nanaimo. ( Even though it was not his problem to deal with, he stated that here at Rexall we are one Big Happy Family ?) Dale connected me to the manager at the Nanaimo location (Rup Parmar).Just wanted everyone to know that with the assistance of these two outstanding managers I was able to get the aircast replaced and the faulty ones sent back to the distributor. Thank you Rexall family, I appreciated your assistance 100% . Candice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Renting equipment from Rexall is super easy and delivery is always on time. Sergei does the deliveries and he is always professional and courteous. I have never had any difficulty in finding equipment from Rexall and would highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We found everything in this store for the rehab of my broken ankle. Jenny and Lucas assisted us in finding all the right items we needed. They were friendly and knowledgeable. This Rexal is the right place for rehab items such as wheel chairs, walkers, canes, shower and toilet chairs/benches etc.etc. No use to search any longer - this is the right store. Easy parking in front of the store for those who cannot walk very well.

She helped provide me with an item that was proving very difficult to find elsewhere in town, knowing that my family member at home was having a tough time with a recent surgery. This particular branch is well-supplied with a wide range of products, staff are knowledgeable, compassionate, and courteous, and the bonus is that orders can be delivered, usually the same day. A special thumbs up to Sergei for his deep knowledge of products and his ability to repair what had seemed unrepairable.
