Taxi took over 20 mins to arrive, when it did; the driver told me that my call hadn't even been dispatched until 2mins before he arrived. He seemed earnest, and I had no reason to believe that this wasn't the case. The driver was pleasant and friendly. Car was clean...but I was late for work, regardless.

When I called, the agent said that the ride had been cancelled on their end, but couldn't see why. I was also not notified of my ride being canceled, and ended up being very late to the event I was going to. While I was on the phone, I wanted to launch a formal complaint, but she hung up on me. I called back and left a message, but no one ever returned my call.
G	Guojun Jiang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got hit by a driver and rolled down my window and waved at him he just kept driving. Had to follow him to a stop and tell him he just said he didn't know. Very little damage to my vehicle and he apologized we then went our ways. Called them to leave a complaint and guy just told me to call police lol... well done Victoria taxi

Except I was standing outside alone in front of my home on a dead end street... Don't know what to make of that. I like blue bird cabs best. Very punctual , friendly, and helpful .
J	Jason Roudette on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spoke to one dispatch women at 1214am on Friday February 25th and she was extremely rude and vague. Asked for a ball park time of how long it would take for a pick up and she refused to answer. Responded with a question of 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or an hour or longer so I could make an educated decision on whether to wait or to call someone else but she refused to answer. Called back and she answered again and she said 'probably less than an hour'. Was nothing but respectful and kind to her. Called back and her colleague was even more blunt and refused to speak to me and told me to call someone else. You're in the business of driving customers from point A to point B and wonder why people want a ride service like Uber here.. Will never use your service again. Shame on you for denying someone in need when there are no other options available for someone when it's below zero outside.

Truly AWFUL dispatch team. so unbelievably rude for no reason when I called to ask about a lost bag that was left on a seat after a crash (at no fault of the wonderful driver who did everything perfectly) I've had to call a number of times only to be told "nobody's in until 3" when the website clearly states the hours are 10am-6pm. When I called again after 3 the person who was very clearly there said "NOBODY'S HERE" and hung up on me before I could say anything. If I can't get my bag back I will probably just have to kill myself as I can't afford to live without nor replace the lost items.

I had only one bad experience ever with a new driver and they handled it exceptionally. I was thoroughly impressed. Well done folks! Update: I'm changing my rating from 5 stars to 1 because the dispatch was unbelievably rude and made unnecessary accusations. And then hung up the phone on me after I kindly inquired as to why she was being so accusatory. This is unlike any of the experiences I've ever had with this company and it was enough to leave a bad taste in my mouth. I will be taking by business elsewhere and will be exclusively using another more respectful taxi service from now on.
P	Pat Guilfoyle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called Victoria taxi for a ride to the airport from Oak Bay last Friday morning.The driver, Brian, arrived promptly and was very helpful. His driving habits were excellent while still carrying on a conversation that made the commute go by quickly. Very pleased with the overall experience. The cab could have used a vacuuming but otherwise was decent. I have not taken a taxi for many years and was shocked by the rates. That is not the fault of the driver……just a sign of the times.
