C	Chris Mills on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Economics typically describes a monopoly as ‘a company that, due to lack of competition, is able to set prices substantially above what is fair’. I’d say that $58 each way for a 20-minute ride is about that, especially when you consider the driver was working a second job as dispatcher whilst driving 100km/h over the Mahalat. In summary: 30 minutes late, more expensive than taxis in London or New York, and the card machine didn’t work.
C	Caleb Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We called for a taxi on new years and we got an hour long window to when the driver would arrive which was totally fine and reasonable. We were then assured the driver would call when they got there. She did not call and when we met the driver she told us to hurry up despite us not knowing she was there. So we were not all prepared because we were waiting for a phone call. Then she drove a longer route to our destination and scolded us when we didn't give her all the change out right which would've been a 25% for terrible service, so thus we didn't give her anything when we would have had she just given us our change. She sat there and counted the change for several minutes all-the-while accumulating more money on the counter so we ended up paying more. She then argued with us and lied and told us she called and to "check our phone", which we did and there were no calls. Absolutely abysmal service by the driver but the dispatcher was very kind and helpful.

I’ve been having to call up to 45 minutes early as they are consistently late, and they still manage to either get the location wrong, or be fashionably late nearly every time. Having to call multiple times to see if they remembered me calling usually just leads to back talk when merely trying to see if they’re still coming. Most of the drivers themselves are quite nice and apologetic once they get there, but that is if they even remember you booked a taxi in the first place.
S	Shawn Egan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wouldn’t reccomend this taxi company to anyone. You are much better off catching a bus. Nice drivers, good conversation is the only reason for 1 star, as I would give 0 stars if I could. They are consistently late, that is if they even remember you in the first place. I’ve missed ferries, been late to work and missed important appointments and have just gotten nothing but attitude from (Alice?) The owners wife while over the phone. I ALWAYS have to book atleast 45 min-an hour in advance and yet they still forget about me most of the time. Chris the owner is a great guy and is always trying his best, but he really needs to tell his wife not to answer the phone if she’s going to give attitude to everyone she talks to. Completely childish. If they want to better the company, and keep their customers happy, she should not be apart of this company. All the other drivers are great.

And when you need to get somewhere, like, YESTERDAY... These guys show up in a DeLorean. Obviously not a REAL DeLorean... But you get the idea. Thanks Cobble Hill Taxi.

So disappointing, and the fair started at 6$ Will not be using this service again, and will not be recommending to ANYONE!! In fact, I will be spreading my review to save others frpm losing their money

When called, it sounded like I was bothering her or waking her from her afternoon siesta. I will never use this company or contemplate calling them. I would rather walk to Victoria.
