★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Call answered immediately but turned out to be yellow cab, taxi arrived in less than 5 minutes, driver curteios and professional, helped me with bag, closed my door, fare on a meter on and iPad, drive safe and efficient, everything was great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son and 4 of his friends booked a pick-up with another taxi company to bring them to the start of their hiking trip (4 weeks in advance), got a confirmation call the night before but were left stranded on the sidewalk for 90 minutes because they could not get a hold of anyone at the other company. Esquimalt Taxi came to the rescue and also picked them up 4 days later!!! Thank you for taking care of the boys. V

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got into a cab by three guys and he took me in a circle and when i asked him why he said he was legally following google maps…he told me I was being disrespectful and that he’d call the cops on me. As a Woman getting into a cab i already feel unsafe and this guy made me feel extra unsafe and when I called to complain the operator hung up on me and then blocked my number. So if you are a woman do not ever take these cabs because they have men who are creepy and will end up not hearing you out. Thanks for the PTSD!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drivers always good, professional and friendly enough. BUT dispatch system terrible. Sometimes I get a text, sometimes the driver calls to say he is here, and NO wait time estimate at all. It's cold outside and I have to hike up to the road for the cab in the snow. Difficult to reach dispatch by phone and this service is not a good reflection on the company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed an emergency taxi to Swartz Bay on a Saturday afternoon after missing my bus; the operator arranged a pickup at saanich and oak St within 5 minutes, and I got a very friendly driver to take me to the ferry on time. The cost is steep at $60 from uptown mall to Swartz, but if you need an emergency ride this could be your saviour.
