โ โ โ โ โ After ordering my taxi the night before (because I was nervous about being late for work the next day), my taxi arrived 20 minutes late! No one called to say they were running behind. My taxi driver was lovely and apologetic, but I was very late for work on a day I couldn't afford to be. Bluebird Cabs should notify a client if they are running behind. I will not be using this cab company again. The only reason Bluebird Cabs is getting one star is because the cab driver was AMAZING.

โ โ โ โ โ Initially, I had given these guys 4 stars, I had flagged a cab, and had an exceptional driver :)
..but then last weekend happened. I waited over an hour for a cab to show up at my home and was 30 mins late for work!!
Fast forward to 7 am Monday morning. I had just worked a 12 hr graveyard shift, and all I wanted was to get home to bed. Dispatch at Bluebird informs me that there is an hour and a half wait for a cab!! (To their credit, at least they bothered to TELL me this time!!). Not sure what is going on with this company...but in my mind, an hour + wait is completely unacceptable! Uber can't arrive in Victoria too soon!
That said,
Bluebird always seems to hire very polite, friendly and well mannered drivers. That aspect of their 'service' is much appreciated.

They have best service available .I just got impressed by the timely service . I have to go airport and I got pick up and dropped timely without a minute late .??
It was a great experience. Driver was so friendly and also following COVID Protocols .
Really I got a Luxurious ride at a Fare rate .
I would recommend you to got a ride in the Bluebird Cabs .They will not Disappoint you.

โ โ โ โ โ Service was prompt, within 10 minutes of my call. Driver was soft spoken and helped us load our bags.
He made little small talk, expect to point out something of note, which was perfect for us. Car was clean and reuse was smooth. He got us there in a timely manner, and in one piece.

โ โ โ โ โ Bluebirds has failed to send a cab to me 2 times in a row. The first time around, I called and waited 30 minutes for it first thing in the morning. Did not show. I ended up late to work as a result. The second time around, I was trying to get friends of mine home safely after a night out. They said theyโd be there in 15 minutes and an hour later, there was no cab. Would not recommend at all. Do not use if youโre in a rush or in need of transportation immediately.

โ โ โ โ โ Yesterday, for the first time in like 2 years, I just used their service twice. The cabs arrived within 5 minutes from placing the call. The cabs were very clean, the drivers courteous and I felt safe during the ride. The call takers were polite, asking the right questions to ensure the cabs would pick me up from the right locations. Again, I was pleasantly surprised by their great service.

โ โ โ โ โ On a very busy night (Christmas) I stayed on line waiting for an answer for 10 minutes but a real person answered pleasantly. She said stay in touch with your phone so the driver can connect. This contrasted with two other cab companies that asked for your address & could not understand the address provided. No personal connection. Our driver was very patient with the fact we took long to get to the cab and during wait while disabled customer needed help arriving home. Well done Bluebird!
