โ โ โ โ โ I've picked up a number of new/used games for the ps4, switch and NDS. No issues so far, except for one with a piece of hardware which they handled with extreme professionalism. I'm looking forward to my next visit. Such a cool place!

โ โ โ โ โ Without stepping inside the store, I have to give them 5 stars. They were the only store in Victoria to have one copy of a certain Nintendo 64 game, which they put on hold for me. When my partner came in looking for the same game, they honourably said they were sold out! :)

โ โ โ โ โ Broad and deep selection of video games and video game accessories. Lots of cool gamer merch, like statues, posters, props, studies and gatchapon machines. Not the best prices for nerdery in Victoria, but one of the best selections

The manager left unprovoked harassing comments on my social media, including using several accounts to get around my repeated attempts to block him.
Victoria has plenty of other used game stores that are much more deserving of your business.

โ โ โ โ โ Staff is great and always treats me as if they've known me for a while and they are always very welcoming. Super nerdy knick knacks, dice set selection, and really well put-together displays. Employee "Tobo" is especially notably warm and funny. I keep coming back.

The customer service is exemplary. I will be back for Kirby!

โ โ โ โ โ Incorrectly labelled controller stated that it works with PS3, PC and Mac. When it did not work with PC or Mac, tried to exchange hours later for another controller that was sure to work but manager refused to exchange for store credit. This is after spending hundreds of dollars over the xmas break there. Plan to have SALE AS FINAL and not their 30 day exchange claim they make.
