โ โ โ โ โ Fantastic service and advice from this place. If you are looking for an honest, helpful phone repair shop, this is it. I had a problem with my phone not picking up the correct time/date and not connecting to wifi. Telus told me there was no point in repairing and tried to sell me a new phone. Black Apple said itโs probably the battery, $80 (which made no sense). The person I spoke to at Phone Outfitters suggested a settings adjustment, and said that if I had trouble doing to myself to come in and he would help me with it. It worked perfectly. The next time I have a phone problem or repair, Iโll be sure to bring my phone here.

โ โ โ โ โ Was visiting Victoria and I needed a new battery for my Google Pixel (original series). I'd looked into how to replace it myself and it was *not* easy. But Ali took care of it no problem! He even cleaned out the charger jack and the phone is working better than it has in a loooong time! Thank you so much, Ali!
