★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited MobilinQ at Hillside Mall the other day because my old Nexus 4 phone's battery was looking a bit in need of replacement. The back side of my phone was cracking and I was afraid that it may interfere with the battery replacement. I spoke to Adnan at the kiosk there and he told me he could replace the battery but there could be a possibility that some of the glass at the back of the phone could come off. I knew that was a possibility but I told him to do what he can. He ordered the replacement battery and told me to come by in a few days and he'll get it replaced in a couple hours.
I dropped off my phone a few days later and originally he told me that he was busy and I may have to get the phone the next day. That was okay since he's by himself at the kiosk. However, shortly before the mall closed, he called me and told me that I could come by and get it back. What quick service!
Plus, the back of the phone looked just fine.
I was also looking for a likely replacement tempered glass screen protector for my S22 Ultra and he showed me the Blu Element one. He even explained how to apply it when I told him I was going to do it myself later on. The price was good and I bought it. Adnan was very friendly, courteous and helpful. I will definitely come back should I need any other services done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a time to bring in my phone. Battery replacement in an original (2016) iPhone SE took the predicted amount of time. It's a complicated operation than another repair place did not want to attempt, but my phone, weeks later, is perfect. I am a happy customer.

Through much effort, he was able to finally get one on and I walked away a very happy customer. Thank Adnan!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stopped by MobilinQ today at Hillside mall because there was something wrong with my phone camera. Unfortunately, I never got his name, but when I showed the employee working there, he was also very confused as the cracks were invisible to the naked eye. After taking the phone apart, he said he still could not find the error with my camera, and therefore did not charge me. He was able to give me a brand new phone camera and a new screen protector in about 30 minutes, and my phone looks brand new. He was super helpful and showed me what had gone wrong with the old camera. Overall, my experience today was very positive as it was quick, efficient and helpful. I highly recommend coming here for phone repairs
