★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and well kept staff. Lovely clean store. Was super helpful with making me a well designed plan. Definitely go to this location for excellent service both staff and phone wise! :)
Update: Has greatly declined since changing of staff. Kieran and Tofi seem to not be there anymore. Staff currently is either unfriendly or seems less knowledgeable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to come to this store all the time, they had a great group of boys especially their manager Mr.Tofik. However it seems that none of the old employees remain anymore and the service has noticeably gone downhill. I switched to the uptown location which isn't much better mind you untill my wife found out that Mr.Tofik relocated to tbooth mobile just down the hallway! Perfect for me because I still get to keep my Rogers plan and have amazing customer service, Thank you Mr.Tofik!

I had even gone in looking to end my account with them and now I am so glad I didnt... Definitely go to this Rogers location if you can. Above and beyond service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great help today with sorting out a phone problem. Toufik was over the top helpful, went out of his way to solve the problem for my elderly mother. He was extremely respectful, patient and addressed her directly which she appreciates. Could not be better service. In fact I noticed all the staff there were patient and attentive with the customers and spent the time needed for the person to understand the plans and phones.

He was professional, patient and courteous in all respects. I felt appreciated and respected as a customer. This kind of service does not exist much these days and this young person exceeded all my expectations. Thank you Shaun!! You made my day and are an excellent example of an exemplary representative for Rogers. They should be very proud of you.
