I’m not entirely sure if they are open now due to the pandemic so, owner if you read this...please let us all know!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought a Festina watch for a battery replacement and they scratched up the backing on my watch. And when i approached the employee, she explained it was part of the process. I asked if there was a way to fix the scratches and was told there wasn't. Horrible experience and can't believe they don't want to help with the repairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in recently to get a new metal band for my watch. The staff at the repair counter were kind, knowledgable, and very fast. It doesn’t feel right to say the price is “cheap” as it is a quality service and product they provide. Better to say very inexpensive for what you get. I will definitely be back for any future watch repair needs.
