I had the pleasure of dealing with Bob who spent a long time with us allowing me to try on different rings and giving us all the details of each one. Not once did I feel rushed or as if he was running out of patience. He made the experience enjoyable and fun which allowed me to feel comfortable and certain of the one I wanted.

I told her it was a gift, so I had no receipt. The one sour face “helping” me looked as if I had slapped her in the face. By asking for help. No help at all. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

My bracelet broke and Charlotte went above and beyond to try and see what she could do to help me, they ended up replacing the whole bracelet! She was incredibly lovely and helpful and just made my whole week. Thank you again Charlotte and keep doing what you’re doing! You’re an amazing human❤️

She was very welcoming, knowledgeable of their products and personable. From start to finish, the whole visit was a wonderful experience! I also looked into having a small diamond set into a ring that I already owned. Robbie, the store Manager came forward to help me with this. She has been in the business for many years and has a very keen eye on what will work and what won’t. She looked at it and told me that it was structurally not a good idea to make the change. Needless to say, I really appreciated her honesty. Both Kay and Robbie were so professional, honest and kind; it was a very positive experience. I would highly recommend the staff at the Hillside mall location, to anyone. I will definitely go back.
