β β β β β I recently picked up a Rolex Milgauss at Lugaro and I would sum up my experience as pretty okay. Originally placed an inquiry on their website back in January and the manager Krikor immediately replied. I then visited their store and placed the order in-person. After that I went back a few times to inquire about the status of the order and Krikor was extremely nice and professional. 7 months later I received a call from Lugaro that the watch had arrived so I went to pay for it the next day. Again I dealt with Krikor who was very kind and patient and even sized the watch for me. However since I paid by bank draft, I had to wait a few days for the money to clear which was fine. When I returned to pick the watch up the week after, an employee helped find the order for me. I was simply handed the box and given a bag. No questions about whether or not it was my first Rolex. No mention about the warranty or future service of the watch or how to take care of it. It was a strange experience as I have seen more enthusiasm from Bestbuy employees trying to sell me a cable but there was absolutely no attempt to talk or have a conversation with me after I purchased a ten grand watch. It was no different than purchasing gum at a gas station. You place your order, pay your money, and you get your item. That's it. There's nothing special about Lugaro except Krikor. If you do have to make a purchase here, definitely request service from him.

β β β β β Ive been into Lugaro several times casually over the last couple years. Each time the staff were welcoming and very helpful. In particular, Fernando went out of his way on several occasions to engage with me and answer questions I had about various watches. It was this engagement by him that lead me to a number of purchases, most recently with my moonwatch.
Ive been so pleasantly surprised by the customer service here, and can't recommend Fernando enough. A stark contrast with my experiences at other shops.
