M	Michelle Bennett on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly at this point I cannot give a higher review. We purchased a beautiful First People's band from Artina's for my husbands wedding ring. He hasnt had much of an opportunity to wear it. He put it on today and noticed the little diamond that we paid an extra $100 for is missing. We both contacted the store and were told that 'they dont know how he was wearing it' and they are "not liable for this loss". When purchasing high end jewelry from a reputable boutique downtown Victoria one would have expectations that the life span of the product would extend much further than a couple of months of light, casual wear. At this point we will wait for the return of the manager and hope this company does the right thing and stands behind its product.

I purchased one lovely piece, and when I returned home to the states, noticed a small problem with it. I called the store, and the problem was resolved immediately. I encountered courtesy, interest and professionalism. This store is the greatest-- with a staff to match. I enthusiastically recommend to anyone interested in native art pieces and more!

Artisan jewelry is lovely - of particular interest to me were the large hair barrettes I can recommend for those of us with thick hair.

The Haida Gwaii carved rings are just incredible here. I had some troubles finding the right size- but no problems, these beautiful people let me try one out for my partner (it wasn't the right fit) and allowed me to return it at no cost or hassle to exchange it for the correct fit that they ordered in promptly. They were helpful, personable, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to make sure that my gift was absolutely perfect for my partner. Thank you!!!

He took the time to answer all my questions promptly, and I received my ring less than a week later even though I'm in Chicago. I look forward to getting more jewelry from here!

Walked us outside with the item to see what it looked like in natural light. Provides paperwork of authenticity. Nice people. Quality products at fair price. Get what you pay for. Recommend!
