★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best place for cosmetics. The aroma and warmth of the store gives a home-like feel. Their products are all handmade, beautiful, fresh, colorful, healthy, and do not bring harm to the environment.
The staff can sometimes coddle their customers. That is my only concern.
But if only you can SMELL these beauties!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went in yesterday on a whim while visiting Victoria and we’re blown away! The store was clean, fully stocked with friendly and knowledgeable staff! We had our service dog with us and all of the staff were very respectful towards us and her and then when I told them that they could pet her if they like they were all gentle and kind!
We were helped by Amber! She recommended a lot of great products and because of her we ended up buying three products in store then making another 200 dollar order online today! Honestly it is very rare that I find myself lingering on a shopping experience but we were so pleased with our experience that it really gave us a lasting impression of lush and their products!
If Amber reads this thank you! We will bring Mystery back to say hi next time we are in town!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely friendly staff, I didn't catch the name of the person who rang my purchase through but they were so friendly and knowledgeable. Left with samples tailored to me as well as my purchase. Will be back to government street location soon :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I LOVE this Lush location! I work nearby and stop in when I can. The people working there are incredibly nice and always cheerful and give great service. I almost always get a lovely compliment along with my bath bombs :D I truly feel special when I shop there. A loyal customer of the Govt St. Lush!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here is always so so friendly and kind. In particular I wanted to share my appreciation for the man (can't remember his name, but he has black circular earrings and brown hair). He mentioned to me that co-wash was originally created by black folks. That piece of knowledge has stuck with me, and I'm ever so grateful that your staff understands the importance of sharing that kind of info. Thanks for nice experience!!

I can always find a Lush store when I'm travelling :) and it always makes me feel a sense of home and familiarity in an unknown place. Ashley helped me with getting some samples as well as explained a few products to me. She was super kind, friendly and sweet, and knowledgeable! I really enjoyed our small chat and her assistance. I'd definitely be back when I come to Victoria again. Thank you, Ashely, for your exceptional client service! :)
