★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't book for a Bach party. Only 3 girls working so 3/6 of our group were stuck waiting over 2 hours for service even though we booked in advance. There was no communication that they wouldn't be able to offer all services at once and that we would be stuck waiting that long. When it finally came time for my manicure, the girl asked if one coat would be enough. I thought they just wanted to rush my service so I said "Uh. .no, two" I won't come back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend this place! The salon is really pretty inside and the girls are really nice! I got regular polish on my toenails and gel polish on my fingernails. I chose a white colour polish on my fingernails and it cured with dust on them so they looked super dirty. Also my edges were very messy, I feel like I could have done a better job myself and the whole reason you go to a salon is so they can do a better job!! The polish on one of my pinky toes seemed to come off when I checked the next day because there was no trace of colour. My services took way longer than they said it would, and everything was way overpriced! Don't go here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m not even joking when I say, this is my favourite nail place in the world. The vibe is immaculate, you walk in and immediately feel happy. It’s so cute, calm and peaceful, feels like a luxury spa. The customer service is THE BEST I’ve ever experienced, everyone who works there is so lovely, kind, and was able to execute what I wanted on my nails perfectly! My nails are so beautiful and they were so fast yet attention to detail was not forgotten. I’m never going anywhere else!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an fabulous manicure with the manager Emily. She was super professional and approached the manicure in such a way that I honestly feel like my gel polish is going to last really well. Super fun gel polish colours, it was hard to choose but Emily was really patient. The hand and arm massage was surprisingly great (I never expect much from manicure massages) Her time management was exceptional, as she was wrapping up my manicure exactly as her next client arrived. Impressive, honestly! Would go back. The pedicure chairs look amazing...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Natalie was great at getting our bridal crew in for pedicures! She was super sweet and accommodating, essentially offering anything we needed for our visit.
The two other ladies that helped with the pedicures were great as well, very social and professional.
Prices were great too, and the salon itself is gorgeous with it’s big fancy chairs and faux pink cherry blossom tree! Natalie even threw in a complementary paraffin treatment for me as I booked our party.
We had a great experience at The Femme Collective (which I didn’t even know existed until the other week!). I highly recommend Natalie and her team and will probably be back when in town again ?
