★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely adore Frilly Lilly. I have been going there for a few years now. I love the feel of the salon, it feels very welcoming and calm. I see Skya for all of my services. I almost want to say nothing because I don't want her to book up and make it so I can't see her anymore. But she is amazing! So funny and sweet and I actually look forward to going to my waxes (Hawaiian, upper leg, and underarm) because we have such a great time. She is fast, effective, attentive to details and very kind. All in all, if you are considering trying out waxing for the first time or are switching salons, call Frilly Lilly and book in with Skya! Also, I love the store's new Bikini Membership!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a brow tint and Brazilian with Lauren. She did an amazing job on my brows in under five minutes - it was clear she knew what she was doing. She has a very sweet and gentle touch. Even though waxing is not the funnest experience, she made me feel so pampered. Very sweet human, would recommend.

while the staff was lovely.. i'm having a very hard time understanding why this is one of the 'best pedicures' in Victoria.
It is mediocre at best.
polish color options are extremely limited.
for the price paraffin should be included.
the nail shaping was non existent in my pedicure.
disappointed as i booked this as a 'splurge' for myself. will not return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoy going here. The staff are really friendly and helpful. I see Amanda and have been quite regularly now for bikini wax. The process isn't the greatest but she sure makes it "painless" and the time go fast. Would definitely recommend.
