Not only did he donate his time and expertise to the project but he took the time to meet with each staff member to ensure the upgrades worked for everyone. Doug was professional and thorough throughout the entirety of the project. His ability to think outside the box and find successful solutions showed the wide knowledge he has of the barriers that the built environment can have on persons with disabilities and the larger community. We hope to have the opportunity to work with him again.
