I walked in and was greeted by the cutest puppy I’ve ever encountered, I think her name was Stella, then Ofelia greeted me and instantly made me feel welcome with the best tea I’ve ever had!! I’ve been in Victoria for about 3 years and finally I found a salon that really is unique, warm welcoming, the staff are fun & the experience felt like I was hanging out with best friends opposed to feeling either rushed, or be-littled by some catty hairstylist that talks down on you as the previous few salons. I highly recommend Rocky if you want a stylist who really cares and takes his job seriously yet is prob one of the most real & funny personalities I’ve yet to experience anywhere - he’s the guy!! this salon is not the cheapest but based on the quality of products they use here & the results of what I asked for combined with Rocky’s recommendations for my hair type, and matching to my lifestyle ... it was worth every dollar. Thank you so much!! I Love Love Love my new hair and will be back to support this amazing small salon.

After calling in for a walk-in to fix my mess of a colour for a wedding he spent 7 hours working on my hair for such a reasonable price. Not only did he correct my hair he gave it such a fun colour and pushed me out of my comfort zone for a totally awesome cut. He stayed 2.5 hours past close to make sure I was confident and happy about my hair. Highly recommend

I saw Rocky on Saturday and it has been the first time that I walked out of a salon completely happy and satisfied. The colour and the cut are just perfect. I also loved that while I was waiting with my foils in my hair, he was constantly checking on my colour to make sure it is right. He gave me his full attention and when other clients walked in he gave them amazing advice on products and style. He also makes sure your tea is always hot and that you feel comfortable. Rocky, I love you passion and care. You rocked it! I'll definitely be back :)

There was a slight mix up initially with the colour of my hair and Rocky, the manager, was incredibly helpful, understanding, and forthcoming about correcting the colour. I left the salon today with an amazing colour and that was thanks to Rocky and the stylist going above and beyond to ensure it would turn out as it did. All the stylists here are very talented and friendly and I would definitely come back! The main reason I'm writing this review though is to review the manager, I can't express enough that he is GREAT and incredibly accommodating. Thanks again!

I was given hand sanitizer right away, and before entering I saw Rocky physically wiping down the entire area where I would be sitting and being around. He was great at conversation, and he has a flair to how he cuts and shapes hair. I really enjoyed my appointment with him, and I think the prices are super reasonable, considering the time and effort he took to take care of my hair. Only 1 or 2 people will ever be inside (not including Rocky). You can wear a mask for the entire cut. The venue looked wheelchair accessible, and there is a little dog that likes to say hello to you then disappears to the back. Overall, great experience! Please check out Artist Salon for yourself if you need a nice styling or need a quick trim!

Rocky figured out his way to cut the hair with his artist instincts. It's perfect. I walked out of the studio so happy and satisfied. It does not happen very often that your hairstylist just gets what makes you look best based on one's individual personality. Highly recommended! They take COVID-19 protocol seriously. One client at a time. I feel safe there.
