★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming to this store for a few years now and it's the only store where I can find knowledgeable staff!
I was in the store recently getting my bill sorted out. A woman started swearing at the rep while he was trouble shooting her phone. I couldn't believe my ears how rude she was being to someone trying to help. Just reading some of the bad reviews calling the staff names you can get an idea of how they were likely treating staff...thankful I work for myself!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second visit (follow-up) today to set-up my unlocked Bell phone with a Fido account. Had a wonderful experience with Anastasia and Rowan. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I was especially glad to find out that Fido now has access to much more of the Rogers network (extensions?). Hope my after-sales service is as good going forward.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a current customer, I had a few queries that I wanted clarity on and had just happened to pass by during their business hours. The door was locked, and even with my face mask on, I was not invited into the store. The street outside the store was busy and noisy, which is not the most ideal conditions for communication. The staff member’s attitude was unfriendly and reluctantly responded to my questions. Shockingly poor customer service experience. To make matters worse, this was not a once-off incident.
In short, don’t bother making the trip here. Rather call the customer care number who are way more than willing to assist you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been trying to get ahold of someone for two and a half hours and nobody is picking up the phone or calling me back. Abysmal customer service so far.
Edit: turns out they randomly closed for two days but none of this information was available anywhere.
