I recently went to this store location to trade in and upgrade my phone. The staff went the extra mile to make sure I got the best deal possible, working themselves on the phone with Telus agents to work out a trade in package that saved me lots of money and allowed me to walk out of the store with a new phone. Of the Telus storefronts I have been to, this one has given me the best customer service experience.

Went into this Telus with a broken phone, walked out less than an hour later with a new phone and a plan I was happy with. The store owner and sales rep were both very helpful, patient, and went above and beyond to accommodate my requests/needs. Thank you!

Quinn and Cole were both amazing! Both very genuine, friendly and knowledgeable guys who did a ton of work to get my plan up and running after two other telus stores did a pretty embarrassing job of it. Spent well over an hour in there and nobody was impatient or rude, plus I saw the staff handle tons of other customers with courtesy and expertise. Even if you aren't near downtown, it is worth the trip for the great service this location provides! Thanks guys.

I do love Telus because of there customer service, and phone options. I have 1 line of communication which is my cell phone. I don't have anything else. The thing I really find frustrating is that there is no accountability between staff in a store giving false information, and the people on the 1-800 lines. I just dealt with Telus just under a month ago dealing with a staff member saying they put extended warranty on my phone, and when I called in to warranty my phone they said I had no such extended warranty. Now jump 1 month later, or just under a month, after dealing with all of this to then deal with another staff member in your store giving false info about extended warranties. "Everything is covered, included lost/stolen phones. You just have to pay the $250 and you get a new/same phone in a couple days." So I opted for the extended warranty. I recently had my phone lost, and now lost/stolen is not covered, as there was a notification sent out from Telus. Where was that sent? My number has been the same for 10+ years, same with my email. Not sure why I didn't get this message over a year ago, or even told when getting a new phone recently, because I wouldn't have opted to pay for extended warranty. This is terrible that Telus is clueless about staff members in Telus stores are giving out false info, to then make the customer's pay for it the end.

Wonderful customer service! Anastasia has helped me tremendously with setting up my plan and also my Iphone XS. She was very friendly, patient and also very knowledgeable about cellphones. I would highly recommend her if you have any concerns or also if you are in the market for a new phone. She was also super cute! It's too bad she didn't come with the phone! ;-)

Dont waste your time going here. They will just tell you to call the call center and give you numbers that don't work. Telus very quick to take your money for phone care then don't apply it to your account. When you need it spending hours on hold and more wasting time. Telus stores need to really look at CC. We all ignore it until we need it. Good at selling you extras on phones and plans. Useless at follow up?

Kinda ironic that your business is selling phones, yet you don’t use them yourselves…as in you don’t answer your business line. The recording tells you to use the Telus website, where there is no information on which phones your location has in stock.
